The burgers are excellent. Very fresh and juicy. I opted for the onion rings which were thick n crispy. The service was really excellent my food took not 10 mins. I do recommend Ihop!!!

Good food, great service and good music playing. Also nice that the restaurant wasn't too cold as usual. Maybe CPS got through to commercial customers to save energy like they encourage residents to do. Very pleasant and an excellent server.

Don't go to this place me and my family came in and waited for 20 minutes! a Hispanic couple came in and got served before us. Discrimination at it's best. We ended up taking our money elsewhere.

First of all, the floor was dirty and nasty. Then when my father got his food, there was a fly in it. Then my eggs were weirdly runny and unusual. After eating, I found myself in the bathroom throwing up. I actually felt bad for asking an employee to clean up. But the food was bad and the place was dirty. The only thing I could find good was the service; my host was nice and helpful.

Was seated in a section that had not been cleaned, waitress did offer to sweep under my chair, and only did under my chair, then I got water and ordered. 20 minutes later she brought another glass of water and assured me my food was coming up. 5 minutes later I left. The place was not busy, several employees and a manager roaming around by the kitchen but none to help the cook who obviously needed it. 1 Star âï¸ is only because I can't give 0!
Very good service. Our server checked on us to be helpful without being intrusive.

Great, prompt service, friendly staff. Food was excellent. Had the Brunch Burger and had it served just like I wanted it but my wife had the Strawberry Banana French Toast and the banana was served green and because they were no ripe for serving we gave them one less star. The coffee was delicious too, my wife had regular and I had decaf, both were perfect. Recommended, will be coming back again! Thanks!

The waitor/server (Jake) was wonderful be did everything go possibly could to ensure a positive outcome unfortunately it just wasn't enough. They were short staffed, Jake was the server & housekeeper in between waiting on patrons. After waiting for over an hour we were finally served our meals only to find each order was wrong as well as cold. I asked to speak with the manager (Jeremy) for whatever reason he didn't speak with me but instead deducted $20 from my $60 ticket. I could say more but I'll be calling their corporate office tomorrow to file a formal complaint. I definitely do not recommend this particular IHOP.
