Was enjoying dinner with my family when I noticed a hair in my pancakes. Wife also noticed a hair in my son's eggs, but the worst part was the roach that decided to join us for dinner. Immediately got up and left after seeing it and will never return to this place.

We were enjoying our dinner and there was a hair on the pancake. Then where my grandsons was sitting the was a roach. We left didn't take anything home. So sad we were trying to give them business but I do regret going in.

Worst IHOP in San Antonio, I ordered online for next day and they did not have the order ready!
Terrible. Got there. Waited for the hostess to show up. Nothing. Looked around employees just talking to one another like if they were back in high school. Some older people looked my way and realized I’ve been standing there with no one in sight and just kind of looked around as if asking them selves. Where is the hostess? Realizing this was going to be a terrible place to eat decided to leave and spend my money some other place.

Food is totally awesome!! From breaksfast to dinner to having breakfast for dinner. The whole menu is just amazing. You need to bring back the Ham & Egg Melt. Ohhhh baby with half order of onion rings and fries. That breakfast sandwich was the best. An all around american given delight.
