I come here often with my family and noticed that the service is slow even when the diner is not full. I see young employees standing around on their phones. I feel ignored. On one occasion, the manager had to serve us herself because we were ignored this if the 5 time there’s an issue after the long wait for 35 minutes for someone to finally take our order our order comes and there’s hair on my omelette where right when she put it down I noticed it and told the server she was apologizing to me when it wasn’t even her fault . SMH So disappointed in a restaurant that I love that I am now considering I’ll never going back to an IHOP again. The people next to us I had to speak up for them and they thanked me. They can rewind the cameras and see that on today’s date July 24, 2025. It is 1:12 PM and my pay had to go back. Almost an hour, and I’m still waiting for my food .

Did online order from this restaurant, and they have become skimpy on Avocado and the shredded meat for the Spicy piblano omelet. 3 super thin slices of avocado. Barely any of the shredded beef. This omelet is expensive, and the food amount and quality should reflect that. Not what I have been getting on my online orders. If this doesn't change, I will find a new IHop that does better. I know this is the Southside but ppl need to learn to take some pride in the work they do and present to Customers. At the very least the right amount of Ingredients for the meal they order.

I had biscuits and gravy with hash browns, bacon and sausages. It was all really good! I expected classic biscuits and was pleasantly surprised to receive something that resembled griddle cakes. Thin, fresh, and crisp. Refreshing and fresh coffee! Also love the coupons on the back of HEB receipts. Buy an entree get 1 free.
