We were at the vancejackson/ i10. Waiter was not very responsive to us. Took orger and when food arrived steak was over cooked and a roach was on table. Asked him about it an he stated to kill it. Moved us to different table and replaced order an when food arrived again steak was over cooked. I asked for it to be medium rare, I got well done. Informed him to tell cook to cook steak 1 minute on each side an it would be perfect. We were not offered any refills and no manager was present to show concern for roach issues..

Overall, the food was good but upon walking in and seeing there was not one single person there should’ve been the hint. I’m not one to leave reviews but for the sake of others, I will. Right above us the vents blowing out the air on us and our food was full of mold. It stunk in the entrance like sewer. I wouldn’t eat here again

Made a to go order. Host didnt say one word to me. No plastic silverware. No napkins. No syrup or anything. Clearly if you're not dining in and tipping service will be poor on purpose.

Food is great! However, the restaurant always smells like dirty mop water and the staff are slow...even on slow days! Good luck trying to call in an order because the staff don't answer. They got new management soe maybe things will change soon. I choose to drive to a further location for better service and a better atmosphere. They don't greet at the door
