1 star is 1 too many. We waited 40 minutes for our drinks. After an hour we decided that it's best to just leave. Bad management equals bad workmanship. Don't waste your time at this location.

As a mom I went to eat with my son for breakfast. The waiter was very polite however my visit was ruined when my son had to use the restroom, I told the waiter we weren’t done with our meal. Well as I go back to my table all of our food was thrown away. I didn’t even get to eat not even half my food because I was helping feeding my son so he got to eat his meal. I felt like I was basically pushed to leave. I asked for the receipt and the audacity to charge me for my plate that I hadn’t even get to fully eat was like an insult. I only paid for my sons meal and used my coins on my app because I felt like why should I have been charged for food I didn’t even eat. Your staff needs to get it together. I didn’t want to cause a scene however I should have asked for the manager. Expecting your customers to pay for something they didn’t even eat is ridiculous.

Store was 6031 IH-10 San Antonio Texas. Let store about 45 minutes ago and it was bad. Store was as cold as it is outside. Was told it's been this way for past couple of days and it's a waiting game. I requested to be moved to window seating, a bit warmer due to sun. Order food and about a minute after it came out it was cold. Gentlemen by name of Roy asked how are you all doing and response was It is Super Cold. Look at me and stated good waiting on a part. You have a store fully staffed and no worries about customer service. PRETTY SAD FOR A COMPANY THIS BIG. Wouldn't be going there anymore.

Doordash messed up and delivered the wrong order. The driver argued against me and doordash took his side saying he delivered the right items and denied my claim, basically calling me a liar. I was so angry I drove to the restaurant, and before I could even walk in the front door, there was an employee working on something outside who greeted us (I guess he could see I was angry) and immediately started a conversation and calmed us down, and apologized for any mixups. And when we got inside, everyone we talked to was extremely helpful and friendly. Made a bad experience into a good one.
