My husband and I went today for brunch. It the first time in a year we didn't hear the excuse that they were short staffed. The deal is we love IHOP pancakes of the month, so if it's a pancake, we really want, we try to go. More often than not, we end up leaving when we hear, "There is only one cook."we are very backed up. Only two servers" or some other excuse. Today, we walked in hopeful but with a backup plan ready. But there were no excuses. Destiny A. sat us immediately and waited on us. She was quick, efficient, and respectful. The food was fast, hot, and fresh. It was a welcoming and enjoyable experience today.

Ordered two orders of the crepes, the waiter came back and he said there was only enough for one plate. This is what we got. No filling, didn’t look like the picture on the menu at all.

Waiter was nice, courteous and I could tell he was having a hard time tolerating rowdy female coworkers. Kitchen personnel and some of the waitress extremely loud and obscene in their talk.

The manager Sabrina has been polite and respectful, every-time I went into the restaurant. The cook Rico (yes I asked his name) put out some good food. Sometimes it can me a hit or miss with restaurants and on this visit everything was pretty good.

We got cold mash potatoes on Christmas.. our server was great, he was on his third day but very attentive and friendly. Overall our food was delicious. The atmosphere has declined recently, I’m not sure what to attribute this to but it’s definitely a difference.
It’s iHop. Had eggs ham and pancakes.
