We had a larger group (8) that came this evening after our softball games. It took us approximately 5 minutes to be seated when there was only one other large group (10-12) and a table of two in the restaurant. After about 5-7 minutes of being seated I had to go to the cashier and wait on another (the group of two) to be done complaining about their experience to ask if our drink order could be taken. An extremely out of touch manager (the one who was cashing this couple out) then explained they were short staffed and someone would be with us shortly. A moment after a young man appeared so we could place the entire order (drinks included) as we had been waiting so long. After a painstakingly slow process of getting our food order correct, he proceeded to the back. The next bit was spent listening to the two servers Jack-jaw and play on their phones. Our food arrived and was delivered correctly and to the appropriate place setting when we were asked if we needed anything else…..I then requested hot sauce and OUR DRINKS (the ones that were ordered not once, but actually twice and never received). The server returned after my meal was complete with all of our drinks. Obviously to them, and to us, there was no point to check on us any further throughout our meal, considering it was just about completed at that point. In fact, the only time someone returned after was to ask how we would like our checks( and not even this step was done in a timely manner). We spoke to the same misguided manager again at the cashier stand and asked simply for our drinks to be removed as we didn’t receive them until after our meal was completed. She then put a 10% discount on my friends ticket (who was paying before myself). When he mentioned for that he might had well of shown his military ID, the manager commented “oh we put that on all the time”. You don’t have to serve in the military or show ID to receive this discount, they can just put it on, and that seems to be what the frequently do to correct their lack of attention or care. The total discount recieved on my ticket (of 4 people) was the cost of less than two of our drinks, once again, received after our meal. We have come to this location a few times, service is non existent, lack of care and concern is non existent, and it feels much more like a burden when people arrive than an opportunity or a job. As someone who worked in the service industry for 16 years, I am extremely disappointed that this is apparently acceptable and the norm, however, with management like that….I can see how that’s a plausible outcome.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They sat us down and we waited for 30 min and decided to leave because no one ever went to take us coffee or take our order. They kept seating people and those people where getting served but not us. Never again going to that location! FYI they say us close to the kitchen so we could hear the servers in the back laughing and they kept passing by our table but one ever asked if someone had taken our order or anything.

I used to like coming here but after today, never again. We were seated quickly but noticed that others around us still had no food. We heard a family near us ask for their check because the man had to leave back to work and they still didn’t have their food yet. We asked how long they’d been waiting and they said since around 12. It was already 1:30. They had no food! The people next to them were there before us too with NO food. We could only imagine how long we’d have to wait since neither of them had their food. We asked our waitress for the check for the coffees because we were just gonna leave and she snapped back saying the manager would have to approve that because they’re losing out on money since our food is already cooking. (Which it definitely wasn’t if people around us were still waiting for theirs.) Also our table of 4 only ordered waffles and pancakes. That shouldn’t have taken that long but we had already been waiting for an hour.would give 0 stars if I could.

Your new, "Meaty, Cheesy N Crispy Mega Omlette" is garbage......definitely not worth the price! It was 3 eggs (to cover the ingredients) containing a few pieces of ham and sausage (not breakfast sausage) filled with raw hashbrowns! Terrible!!
It was one of my favorite places to eat I think they should close it for more than an hour waiting for a place and the tables are empty the people waiting better leave the food is no longer the same and the staff are not really arrogant either they laugh at the people waiting

I had THE BEST service from a server named Jeremy at the SE Military location. This young man was LITERALLY perfection. From the time he touched our table, to the moment we drove out of our parking space, I was simply amazed at the level of service I was receiving! It seriously warrants going to this location to request him as a server, JUST to experience what I am talking about- He was concerned about our level of comfort, my drinks were NEVER empty, he was fast as lightning, was EXTREMELY polite, took care of EVERYTHING for us, and even brought our left overs to the car when we forgot them on the table!I will be returning to this location, and honestly, I wish he worked at every restaurant I go to….
