This is my go to ramen house. My go to is typically the Tokyo Spicy pork ramen but I tried the Hell Spicy Ramen at a level 2. Next time I'll go 4.

My boyfriend and I come here almost every time I come and visit. We love this place so much. The food is amazing and flavorful and the atmosphere is perfect. We love the decorations as well, the anime stickers are great! We started collected the business cards you have in the front and we have tried other places in Texas trying to find some other ramen place. But they just never compare to Ito Ramen! ❤️❤️

I really loved the ramen and definitely better than most ramen places i been to. I love that we can order separately, unlike most places, which makes it easier. I really loved the spicy miso ramen and the sauce that they used on the egg rolls. I would love to come back again!

Driving home, my fiancee saw the sign and mentioned she had never had ramen, and I have never been to Ito even though it’s in the neighborhood. So we made the quick decision to go in and give it a try for dinner. Pablo was up front and gave some great recommendations after asking us some questions about what we were looking for flavor-wise. I got the tonkatsu ramen and my fiancee got the hakkata, then we also tried the Japanese egg rolls and gyoza.
Grabbed a spot in the “cozy without feeling crowded” dining area that made for a great impromptu date night atmosphere. Everything came out quick and was absolutely delicious, and can’t say enough about the kitchen staff who clearly put a lot of care into every dish they send out. Perfect portions matching the price, and both of us ended the meal stuffed without feeling gross overly full.
Turned my fiancee from someone who had been curious about ramen but a bit reluctant to try it into a huge fan, and Ito will now be a regular spot of ours.

Some ramen is better than others. I'd stick to the Tonkatsu based ramen dishes and skip everything else. The noodles are unfortunately not homemade they are frozen packaged style from a supplier like H Mart. They have recently increased their prices which is why I didn't give them 5 stars. Ramen even in Asia is a cheap meal and shouldn't cost $12-15 a bowl. I understand it's expensive to run a restaurant but at that price I'd expect real noodles they are not expensive and easy to make.
