Never experienced anything like their hell ramen (lvl3). So insanely good I come back every week. Staff is so sweet as as well. The restaurant is always clean! I just love this place.

Best ramen in San Antonio hands down. This location has limited seating so don't attempt to bring a large party if you're dining in.

I love a good hole in the wall. We visited after reading the reviews when we were really craving noodles. Ito did not disappoint. It’s a no frills restaurant. Pretty small place, maybe 5 tables. You order at the counter when you walk in and then find a seat. The night I dined in, there was only one employee working, and she smoothly handled taking the orders, preparing the food, and bussing the tables. It was impressive. The food itself was excellent. My only knock on the place and maybe this isn’t always the case - it was sooo stuffy in there. Very warm. Very stuffy. Even with a fan on. Maybe having a window open would help? I don’t know. It wasn’t super comfortable.

Over priced for very small portions. Almost no meat given for $15 is not worth it. Bland as well.

Wonderful local ramen shop, this is truely a hidden gem. This is the best ramen resteraunt in San Antonio by far. I love it here this is going to be my new regular and I cannot reccomend this place enough.

Kid-friendliness: Very Kid friendly, this place is perfect for all ages.

I enjoyed the ramen, the wait time was very decent and the flavors were rich. It's hard to find good chicken at a ramen spot, but they don't have rice. My few problems with the place is the tacky anime decor just randomly placed, and I wouldn't go so far as to call it "authentic" ramen as they claim. I only saw forks and no chopsticks on the small service table, and there were no napkins in sight. Not even in the bathroom! The store offers room-temp water, but if you wish for an authentic and more visually appealing experience; avoid here. As we ate, a rat was across the small dining room from us. Again, the food was delicious, but when I see a rat wandering the floors of a poorly decorated shop, then I'd feel a little off-put on the sanitation of my environment. Still, the food was good!

A nice little place quite enjoy their food every time I come here, the only complaint I have is they offer free water but it's room temp or cool tap water, what hard to complain when it's free. Food makes up for it

Normally I love this place, but lately the noodles during the evening taste... like dough. Undercooked? The broth doesn't taste as good either, like it has too much chili oil.
