Horrible management. I ordered through DoorDash, and my first order was mishandled by my dasher, so I immediately reordered. Tried calling the store 3 times with no answer, until I finally called the Chili's. I was told they had my order and would get it out (and hour after I placed it and had 3 different dashers assigned to it). After 30 more minutes it still said preparing order, so I called again 2 times until I got an answer, only to be told the manager wouldn't approve of my remake. Never ordering from here again, very disappointing customer service.

Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Cheesecake was good for the price. Got Nashville hot and lemon pepper bone in wings. They didn't have flavor. Chicken meat was tough and I think I was chewing on broken bone pieces on one of the wings. The fries were ok. I would not recommend this place! Not even my husband liked them and he eats all kinds of wings.

I thought I was ordering from a chicken restaurant (which as it was labeled). I’ve had horrible experiences with chilis just to find out this place is literally located inside of chilis. Fries were cold, chicken was cold, order was wrong with the wrong sauce. The chicken also tasted undercooked and full of fat. Even the dipping sauces were watered down, and it’s obviously overpriced. No wonder I got the order so fast. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was already sitting out. Disappointed again from Chili’s since moving out here to San Antonio at this particular location on Southeast military. Do not waste your time or money with this establishment at this location.

Terrible grubhub order long story short order wrong food cold, fries cold, and overpriced. I knew the chili's was bad if I had known this was from chili's I WOULDN'T HAVE ORDERED but it pulls up as "It's Just Wings" terrible when you have to disguise yourself to sale worse food.

My husband picked up the “Sampler” for a light dinner. The southwestern egg rolls were soggy, wings ice cold, sliders overcooked and barely warm. Not a way to treat curbside when we live 3 minutes away.
