The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Waited over 25 mins in curbside. Called in to inquire why it wasn’t brought out yet, they said they were busy and I was going to have to wait longer. Came inside to get my food which was extremely cold and the vast majority of the personnel was in the back, chatting and laughing (btw, very few customers in the restaurant - not busy at all).

We stopped in for dinner on a Thursday evening around 6:30 and although it was busy, their were tables available and the noise level was not bad for the amount of people and all the TVs on. Parking was no problem as there were open spaces available. Our waiter came promptly to take our order and the food was served very timely and a good temperature. We ordered the Southwestern Egg Rolls and a "new" dish Chipotle Carne Asada. All of the food was very good and one made a meal of the egg rolls and the other the Asada. The meat on the Asada was very tender and all the flavors worked well together. The ice tea is always really good. Our waiter wasn't real attentive BUT he was working many tables in several different sections. He was polite and got the job done when we asked.
