I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

This experience was terrible for my wife and I. Our server never came back to check on us after taking our order. We had 3 different employees bring our drinks, appetizer and entre. None of them said a word to us, just put our items down and walked away, even after we had said thank you.We had to track our server down to ask for take home boxes. He didn't seem interested in getting them, but he did. We will definitely not be going back to this location or possibly any other Chili's any time soon.

I work just down the street from this location and I probably come 2-3 times a week and I have to say the customer service is great. Keana is wonderful and really takes great care of me and the rest of the staff is great as well. I love my chips and sauce and usually take one to go every time. Folks have given them bad reviews but like any other business they have there bad days but these guys really try. My only complaint as far as fox goes is I had the ribs once and they were kind of dry but other than that they are consistent and I appreciate that. Keep up the good job Chilies 281.
