We gave it the benefit of the doubt. Soda taste like Mildew and as soon as the Shrimp tacos come out I realized it was a bad to even try to eat it. Zero condiments, not a good place we got a refund and left.

My order of a 9 piece fish with family of soggy fries, half order of soggy onion rings half order of soggy jalapeno poppers an order of Cajun rice that was not even cooked all the way. The only thing I enjoyed was the fish. I also ordered an extra tartar sauce that they didn't even put with my order. I called so maybe they can at least refund my money for the sauce and they offered only for me to pick it up. Horrible quality of food and customer service.

Not happy at all with my experience at J Anthony’s on General McMullen. My family is a loyal customer of J Anthony’s, we decided to order a FAMILY meal for lunch. With it being lunch time, my family and I were not at home, we were at our place of business, and we did not have plates /utensils/ cups. I asked the older lady at the counter for a set up and she rudely declined. I even offered to PAY extra for some plates, cups, utensils and she again RUDELY declined.I don’t understand how J Anthony’s will sell a family meal with a galloon of tea but not offer a set up of plates, utensils and cups.The fish and fries were also cold and lacked flavor.I will not be going to J Anything’s anymore. Ill stick with RUDY’S fish on the southside, sea Island or heck even LONG JOHN SILVERS would be a better choice than wasting money on this overpriced and under seasoned fish. Do better J Anthony’s!!

I really wanted to like it but food was sub par fish was bland shrimp was good mash ok service wasn't bad but nothing to rave about either I would give it another chance because I like the idea good priced seafood just could have been made

Good food at good prices, great selection, fried, grilled, soups, tacos. Also, very good tea. The only issue is that the atmosphere doesn't feel like a seafood establishment. They need to work on a better ambiance!

I ordered the 2 piece fish with stewed vegetables and shells and cheese. The shells was watery with no cheese flavor at all it looked like plain pasta shells with a light yellow no flavor yellow liquid on the bottom. The stewed vegetables was just a half potatoe and small piece of celery and small piece of carrots and tasted bland. The fish was okay but cold. Im gonna reconsider going back. My plate was totally different from what I'm used to having there at this location.
