The service was acceptable, but the food was atrocious. I ordered the Tan Tan Men ramen, and the broth was completely lacking the necessary sesame or peanut paste, which is why it wasn’t creamy. The ground beef came in oversized chunks rather than being properly ground, and to make matters worse, it was completely under-seasoned. The broth itself was swimming with large oil fat spots, making it look unappetizing. To top it off, a mandatory 15% gratuity was tacked on. While the service was fine, it’s ridiculous that restaurants force customers to pay a gratuity regardless of the experience.

Restaurant looked boarded up from the outside, then just happened to see the OPEN sign. Worth trying. Good food and and service, though we were the only ones.
The food is mediocre AT BEST. I was very disappointed. I came here in hopes of this place being authentic but yet again I’ve been let down. Who puts fried chicken nuggets in ramen ?? Seriously ?? I will say this the milk tea is actually very good. I’m at the point where if a place has good reviews in SA I still dont trust it. People here don’t know good/authentic food.

This is my go-to spot for ramen in San Antonio. They give you a good portion size, the ramen is delicious, and the service has been wonderful.

This place is an absolute vibe! Food was amazing and didn’t take long at all to get to my table. The music was amazing and gave the place a chill atmosphere. The young lady serving us was also very polite. Highly recommend.

Really loved this place and their food but the slow decline in service is getting harder to ignore. The guy in there today was really trying his best but it was certainly the nail in the coffin for this place. No music playing everyone eating in silence waitstaff doesn’t talk. Just very awkward.
A friend recommended me to this place and I got to say: Absolutely amazing! I had the tonkotsu ramen with red sweet tea and one of the best ramen I've had. The noodles were spot-on! The nori, ajitama tamago, and tonkotsu broth were also very good (which says alot since I'm not a heavy broth guy)
Would love to come back and try the other items ^^
