It was about 1230am and I was looking for a shake. Well 2 if them one for me and one for my friend. I went to 3 different jack in the boxes off of military drive from Bynum to I35 to this one on Pleasanton. All 3 said the shake machine was broken like are you serious? But this location had a female tell me well you can go somewhere else (with an attitude) after I said this is the 3rd jack in the box to say it’s not working. Poor customer service here. I don’t recommend going
Would've been good except my onion rings were burned.
