NASTY NASTY NASTY!!! I went in the store looked disgusting. The floors are covered in gunk and there was a roach under my table. The food was over priced and meh and they were out of product again. I normally go in to see the tall guy who is nice and funny and always makes my day but he wasnt there. just rude vile people who took ages to make my order. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Its a shame

Ordered a large caramel ice coffee through the app when I arrived for pick up was given this. (See image) I thought it was a joke. It wasn’t. The cashier then explained how all the drink sizes changed and tried to justify this amount. Just horrible and customer service online is a joke.

I work for DoorDash. I walked in to the lobby to pick up the order and the people were just talking. I asked them that I was here for DoorDash and they just started. The order managers was in the back sitting down. I don’t recommend this place to nobody. And the customer said that he put the order at 1:30 and it’s already 201 and the order is still not ready again. I don’t recommend this.
