Ordered a large caramel ice coffee through the app when I arrived for pick up was given this. (See image) I thought it was a joke. It wasn’t. The cashier then explained how all the drink sizes changed and tried to justify this amount. Just horrible and customer service online is a joke.

I work for DoorDash. I walked in to the lobby to pick up the order and the people were just talking. I asked them that I was here for DoorDash and they just started. The order managers was in the back sitting down. I don’t recommend this place to nobody. And the customer said that he put the order at 1:30 and it’s already 201 and the order is still not ready again. I don’t recommend this.

Manager Isaiah kept telling me I was “ complaining “ when I paid for something and didn’t receive the ORDER until TWO DAYS after . Last time I check one I pay for food I should be given it . He said I can report him , no one is going listen . This is annoying , I reported I never received my order nor did they give me a refund and I had to travel back to this location just for him to tell me I was complaining about paying for food that was never given to me . This is disgusting , unethical behavior . Pretty much stealing until I went in person to address it . The area coach didn’t care , the manager doesn’t either . All they do is eat , play around and give attitudes . don’t work in customer service if you can handle it . Thieves .

( Using hubbys account ) … ordered the birria mini tacos 10:38 on 11/20 order#120 ( Michell or Michelle ) was the drive thru speaker to be exact , was kind of rude , ordered what I wanted pulled to the window payed the $12 & waited about 6 mins for my food just for the fries to be nasty & cold & my mini tacos where just thrown in the box burnt w little to no cheese WORSE SERVICE ever & sad part is they weren’t even busy AT ALL just me & hubby in the drive thru!

So yeah honestly I am a employee and this is worst job to ever work at I understand videos okay but what does that have to do with working like seriously and even if you do the videos you don't earn hours they do not take care of the employees especially the new ones it's wrong but it's okay I mean at this point McDonald's is better to work at or Bill Miller's but yeah just had to share
Might as well be closed They don’t answer drive thru I saw 4 people get in line all backed out and went inside ignored everyone who pulled up bc their cc was down but can still take cash. I came inside and no one is in here not sure why they are ignoring everyone that pulls up

I placed an order via the app. When I arrived to pick up my food, it was at least 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my arrival. After I finally got my food, they got my order wrong. I already submitted my complaint online, and I'm still waiting to hear back from someone. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Now I see why this location is always empty. I waited more than 15 minutes or longer for my order Bruce had a very bad attitude. No ice no burgers just chicken. He practically threw the sauce packs in my hand like I was a bother. My food was cold. After all that with a hot drink cause they had no ice.
