Ordered sauced and loaded SPICY fries, 1 egg roll, and large stuffed Jalapeños. Didn't get the egg roll and was gonna order a strawberry shake but "that would take 20 minutes" because little kids can't do their job. Went at 5:30pm 3/15/25 and the little girl working the headset and windows had no professionalism whatsoever.

Picked lunch here and got a sandwich on sourdough bread and it was not toasted after having to wait forever to get my order. My wife's order was also wrong. This is the location you want if you want the wrong order and untoasted buns or bread.

When we pulled up, there was nobody else in the drive through, ordered one combo a bunch of tacos and a cheeseburger for our toddler with a small fry and a cheese burger for myself. We get home there's no small fry, no cheese on my burger and bits of curly fries. My husband's combo was completely wrong, he bit into a breakfast sandwich at 3:20 pm wth!? Live too far to drive back so never again.

I ordered two eggs, bacon, sausage and hash brown platters, as well as French toast sticks. When I got the food it was cold and in a box with holes in it. Hair in the food. Plus missing a whole meal.
Service sucked at night was waiting for about 20 minutes to order , I drove up to the window and the lady's were just chilling by the window , I ask if the speaker was broken, they said no , so obviously they didn't wanna order my food or just being lazy since it's the night
