Ok just left getting food drive thru and we got the food it was good yes yet the cashier disappeared and we waited at the window for like 10 minutes to get the receipt and debit card back....once more food was great....just be more attentive and return the debit card

This place is definitely not what it used to be. And it hasn’t been for years now. I live in the SOUTHSIDE and this is the close one to me. Cuz they closed the one near me down. Even though the food was made to order( sides) just the employees themselves are just not it. They have u waiting. They just don’t care. They don’t make the food how it supposed to be. How sad that this company isn’t the same….

They never have anything they're always out of something Jack in the box is not the way it used to be kids these days don't want to work to top it all there's some in the back kitchen smoking and drinking and they never have anything they're always out of something

Doesnt matter what time i come though here at night the staff are always amazing and when I am dashing or uber eats the order is always ready food hot and they don't mind giving extra sauce buttermilk dipping this is how a store should be ran 5 stars for me!

Joanna Marquez is awesome and Her gorgeous smile just did it for me this Morning. Food was great service was fast but the best thing about the whole experience is being able to have a beautiful girl take your order and smile and be social at 5:00 in the morning all around she just did a great job

Those places used to be great... Now not so much. Terrible service.... Waited over 25 min for some tac oi s and nuggets!! Freaking insane... do yourself a favor and skip this location....

The food was very good.
The surroundings was not very good. They made us wait up front for our food but there was a lot of homeless and 1 guy that was bothering everyone parking to buy a bag from him.
It was a very uncomfortable surrounding.
