This location has history and is being better managed now than it was, the order I picked up 2 days ago was excellent, but this morning it was mediocre.. I went inside to collect an order. And the soda fountains in the public area were all empty. The restaurant was clean, though, which was a good sign. But they always seem understaffed, and the waits feel long.

the cashier was VERY RUDE and disrespectful getting into a confrontation with customers over her mistakes, when i called the gm about the situation i was assured this wouldn’t happen again … went back today and heard her cussing out an employee in the front VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL will not be returning.

Slow as a snails !!!! I sat in my car for 30 min of my lunch in the drive through ridiculous!!! When they finally come to the speaker take my order and I pull up 1 car was waiting for their food!! This is not fast food and also the guy at the window had no customer service?! Why work with people of u don’t like people !!!

Ordered the loaded breakfast, the hash browns were full of oil, I pulled one out and oil ran down my clothes, our sandwiches where missing the bacon and they got our drink order wrong 3 times. I love JitB but, im never going back to that one.

Asked for a jumbo jack and this is what I got. Guy at the drive thru with glasses did not have any guest experience and act like a gangster. I won’t going back anytime soon.
There’s a good Jack-in-the-Box location. My mini tacos were great. Recommend!

Hash brown all burnt and greasy!! No napkins, receipt printer not working, soda machine not working in the dining area either. No ketchup put either, Dr. tasted completely off, not like Dr. pepper at all! Crappy place, go to a DIFFERENT LOCATION, it will be worth your drive!!

Tasted like they've been sitting there for a while to get just picked up so they can do fresh ones My son usually loves fries, but even he didnt wanted to eat them, because they were all soggy and really just flappy flappy. But the tacos are awesome, coming back for them for sure
