Terrible service the order was wrong, didnt give us any condiments napkins nothing. And couldnt even ask for them when I found out because there was no one at the front counter for a while, only the person back in the kitchen area, and couldnt even go to the restrooom to get toilet paper at least because it was closed. And again the cashier was nowhere to be found.

Came in on a Sunday night, was a little hesitant after seeing reviews. The place was empty inside but the drive thru and curbside orders were hopping. All the tables were clean, everything was very clean inside. Despite being only one of what looked like maybe 2 employees, Edward was very kind and answered my questions about the menu. The food was very hot and fresh and carefully assembled. I didn’t think to take a picture, but it looked like it was put together with care. I was having a hard day, and I needed a hot meal and a kind face, and Edward gave me both. Thank you so much!!

They were practically the only ones open on Christmas Eve. I wanted to buy my staff some dinner. Very large order. They got even item in there and handed it over with a smile. They were super busy. Thank you Jack in the Box San Antonio on Babcock!! U rocked it!!

Ordered drive thru and was told to wait up front. We waited 25 minutes for a chicken strip combo and stuffed jalapeños. I got home, right down the road, literally. Fries cold and no condiments that were requested. Terrible service.
Stop by for breakfast 12/23/25 8:20 asked for a loaded breakfast I was advised if I could get it on another piece of bread because they were out sourdough bread. I I said fine I'll take it on a croissant then I asked for some coffee and she looked around and said well it's not hot but it will take a while I said You know what just forget it and I was out of there no wonder I noticed only one car in the parking lot and nobody in the restroom eating. SMH 🤔 FIRST AND LAST TIME I STOPPED BY THIS JACK IN THE BOX SOMEBODY DROP THE BALL AND DIDN'T ORDER ANY SOURDOUGH BREAD OR MAKE ANY.

The entire store was out of drink, only offered Powerade. There was no ice available. The staff was clearly in no mood. However they did prepare the food as ordered and everything was made correct. Sometimes things occured at fast food restaurants that not even staff can control. Overall came for a quick meal and was served one.

I went to pick up a delivery order for breakfast and the the food took 15 mins to be ready while the restaurant was dead! Don’t go to this location, specifically in the morning.
