All I ordered was chicken nuggets and fries, and from the time I ordered my meal to the time it took for them to bring out my food, it was well over 15 minutes. It could have been longer, but I am being gracious. The service attitude I have no complaints because the guy was cool and professional, but, just the fact, that they took so long just to bring me my meal just for my fries to be moderately cold is why I'm giving all three stars. There were zero cars in front and back of me, so I really shouldn't have waited that long, and because I waited too long, there's no excuse as to why my food wasn't hot. So , meh, to today's service!

Jaxk in the box is one of my favorite places to eat. Everything is expensive but its still worth it.Parking: Just come by. Plenty of room.Kid-friendliness: Kid are treated swell.
Lucky to live close to this Jack in the box, especially after a night out. They always do a great job and have great customer service. If you come here late at night just have some patience because everything will be made to order and they will have a much smaller crew, but the food is always good.

The staff was friendly and as accommodating as could be, but they were out of curly fries, marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks, and had stopped serving menu items with signage still on the menu and a 4' tall sign for it stuck to the road facing window. The soda machine was down. The bathrooms were disgusting. I thought it odd that the place was near empty on a Sunday afternoon...this might be why. Do better, Jack. Much better. Very disappointed. I won't be back to this location for sure.

My first time dining here in a while. The service was impressive and the food was delicious. I recommend visiting this location over and over again while visiting any hospital in the area.
Drove through for a burger combo. Quick service, decent burger. Every once in a while, I enjoy stopping by for a burger. I do enjoy their curñy fries. The staff was friendly and polite.

COVID spreaders? I stopped here late wedsday night to get a quick order of curly fries. Saw girl at the window dip her head a little too close to my bag of fries, figured it was nothing. She comes closer to the window and does it again, this time I SEE her cough, and seal the bag real tight with a fold. I couldn’t really believe she would do that on camera and in front of the customer window, so being a hungry man, and not believing a person could be that publicly daft and foul, i went into denial and ate the fries. I now have COVID. ? buddy in the back came out to take a peek too.
It has been awhile but I had the breakfast and it was better than I remembered.

The dining area was filthy. Not a single table was cleaned from previous diners. There were french fries under one table. The entire floor needed sweeping. When I pointed out the unsanitary conditions to the teen-ager who delivered my order, instead of taking steps to clean up the mess, he offered excuses, “We were on lunch break.” When I asked to speak with the manager, he shouted from behind a partition, “It’ll be a while.” I never saw or heard from him again. The ultimate insult: when my sausage and egg sandwich was delivered, it consistd of two toasted buns with nothing between them—no egg, no sausage—nothing!This location should be shuttered.dhb3 Jan 2024San Antonio, TX
