I used to go to the high-school across from this location. Service was great back in 2008. It's great now. Ordered thru the app. And I arrived a little early. The crew kept apologizing to me for the wait. But it was my fault for showing up sooner. I had zero issue with waiting.The female CSRs were great. The cook that I could see was respectful and careful making orders. Even the one cook I could only see thru a little opening was being careful.I haven't been to this location since probably 2008 and decided today to try it again. Needless to say, I'd love to go back. 10 out of 10.Parking: Tons of space

As soon as we started our order it was just "what else" as a response, almost immediately after we spoke. The employee would interrupt as we tried to hurry and tell her "what else" we wanted,because if we took longer than 2 seconds she would repeat the same line twice. After we said "give us a moment please" she just said "pull up to the window." We weren't finished ordering but we just pulled up anyway, already annoyed. At the window she says "my bad I didn't really hear everything y'all said what was you saying again?" Well if you learned the slightest bit of customer service, you would have listened, could have repeated the order initially or asked that instead of saying "what else, what else", then you might be able to hear! Worst experience at this location.

Food was great! Ive been to this location many times before, & have had my bad experience's. But I guess it's all really who is @ work & cooking your food & taking the orders. This time like I've mentioned it was great food was Hot, juicy & I'm very satisfied. Figured I give another try. Had a coupon this time heh heh.? But Thanks to the workers who were @ work today 5/23/23. Y'all have made this very pregnant woman HAPPY!! THANK YOU sorry no pictures to show all my food is gone lol. ??.....I think one workers name is Cullen have it on my receipt .

whoever working at the window at this time . just did not care sounded like a j*** not someone I trust to make my food so I ordered but I left. Told me y'all had no breakfast & no shakes was looking forward to Jack In the box too but the employee at the window was just i dont know. stonned or just didn't care. I always try to give it a chance but it always fails when I do. This location needs help

I always expect Jack in the Box to be a little slow, because they aren't all that busy. However l, I sat at the speaker for 7 min, the window for about 6, and then was told to wait in the mobile pick up. Been 8 min here so far. I can 100% say that after this experience, I will never go to another J-N-B again. The franchise owner should lose his store, because there is no way I don't see this as a top down issue. The limited number of employees looked overwhelmed and overworked. The latter being evident in both the order discrepancies and the look on the employee's face. A look that sink even further when I was informed tips weren't accepted. Mr/Mrs Franchise Owner, you need to reevaluate your profits vs customer service/ employee satisfaction.

This is the 4th time I have visited where I am either told, we are not taking orders right now (system is down), ice cream machine down, or the most recent “we are not taking orders, only online, our system is down”. I don’t understand the constant issues with this location. This one is closest to where I live and I can bet money something is going to be broken every time I visit. It’s unfortunate that such great advertising leads to the inability to purchase what’s being advertised. Todays visit was around 9:30pm and I was forced to go elsewhere due to system issues.

I was very disappointed in Jack-in-the-Box today I went in to order some spicy popcorn chicken, which is advertising and on the menu they told me they only had regular and I thought to myself. How hard is it to make regular popcorn, chicken spicy don’t advertise some thing that I’m not gonna be able to receive. I was really craving spicy popcorn chicken and now I’m forced to go somewhere else and buy something because I will not purchase anything from y’all if it was up to me, I would give you zero stars but that’s not an option do better!

How do these people still have a job?? I ordered and paid for 4 tacos and what I got was 3 tacos with a smear of what was supposed to be meAt, cheese only on one and where's the lettuce?

It's been one of my favorite fast food restaurants for years. It saddens me to see them getting worse & worse each time I go. There's just very bad customer service. Food takes too long to make. Staff never knows answers to any of my questions. They def need to better train their staff. & It seems like they're always short staffed.& The app I've given up on completely! Just had to delete it because it gave me headaches everytime I tried using it. Never allowed me to use any deals. Never allowed me to use my points. & Last straw was when I walked in one time to ask fr help & staff said they didn't have an app & weren't sure what I was ordering through after I had used it so many times & ordered through the app before. Which was pretty scary bc app had all my credit card info.They just don't try to better themselves unfortunately & I'm really disappointed

I waited for about 3 minutes at the drive thru speaker, no one answered it so I went to the window and waited for over 6m minutes even though the workers were walking around. I guess they didn't see me. Then I had to repeat my very simple order 3 different times even though we were face to face. Horrible

Food is decent, but it's a bummer that the lobby is closed 24/7, I work semi close to this location, so I would much enjoy walking next door and grabbing some food to go, without having to jump in my car to go next door, then come back next door again, and park my car... I would rather spend the extra cash to just order with Uber Eats somewhere else...
