I Just want to say, I have went to this Jack in the box 5 times and every time they are consistently awesome!!!The food is always super hot whether it is 2 am or 12 pm!I know how hard it it to consistently treat customers with respect and put some super hot food in the bag and tell them thank you!! Great job team!!! I appreciate your service yall
Unfortunately the person who took my order was very rude and seemed annoyed at the fact that I was ordering. I did request sauced and loaded curly fries and said I'll be glad to pay extra, but still got a ton of attitude. Why?The lettuce on my sandwich was wilted. This is normally a good location. I was disappointed in the service this time. I hope it was just a bad day, but employee bad days should not be taken out on paying customers.
