Leticia M goes above and beyond at her job. She is so thorough and attentive. I travel for work so fast food and restaurants are usually what we end up going for. Certain parts of the US have better or worse customer service. Texas being one of the states with better service in general. Anyway the way she does her job stood out and she deserves some acknowledgment. I hope she gets get a raise, she deserves it for sure.

Waited 40 minutes in drive thru for a wrong app order on a Saturday evening. At least 4 people were working. Not sure what/where the issue was. Except for missing food, made food was cold. This is the closest to me but given this experience, it's worth a few minutes more travel for a different location.

2am people!!! You close at 3 am which is on google. Why the disrespect of service? 7. How hard is it to count to 7 stuffed jalapeños? Plus, the breakfast crossiant sandwich looked like it got sat on and full of grease. Then apparently the timer on the fryer don't work. Let's just serve raw hashbrowns as well. The fact yall just don't care anymore is piss poor. If you don't like your job than don't work there. It shows in your presentation and quality of food you are producing. This location lost another customer. I'd rather wait at Whataburger in a longer line to get fresh food that looks amazing. Also, to whoever is hiring. Really? Your employees can't count to seven.

Always something here especially at night drive thru either not accepting cash or not accepting card then no drinks tacos or egg rolls or mozzarella sticks or onion rings and when they do they forget to put it in the bag are they short you out it's always something today just went through the drive-thru get home missing tacos with missing an egg roll My mother gets her Taco first bite pulls out big old long hair and then you call their lines always busy they don't answer you never want to give a refund this is bull already

I've been to this Jack 3 times in the last 2 weeks. 1st time I was charred twice, no refund. 2nd time forgot to put my egg rolls, yesterday I got my egg rolls burnt, no sauce and the mozzarella sticks were nasty. Like they had been pre cooked and sitting.
