I went to this location to try the new munchie deal for my boy Jack. I get home and notice my Jibbi charm bag opened at this location at 1/9/2026 at 8:30 pm. I was given one opened and one closed. I tried to return it and was told they can't do anything without a manager on site, bingo red flag. Close em 👇. Of course the one that was opened was a dupe icy but they knew that.

First and last time We buy on this place. Took too long and the three orders was wrong. Is 4 am, no line, no too much work and the lady of the cashier couldn’t take the order right. When ww mentioned that it was wrong she said “It’s what I have in my screen”. Terrible service.

The service here is unbelievably slow. On top of that, their speaker doesn’t even work, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating. Everything feels disorganized and poorly managed. What should be a simple visit turns into a waste of time. Overall, the service is horrible, and I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting efficiency or basic functionality.

We came through tonight around 10:15 PM, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. It took about 20 minutes just to get our food, which already felt excessive for fast food.
When ordering, multiple items were unavailable. I wanted the bacon cheddar potato wedges — they didn’t have them. Then I tried to order boba tea — also unavailable. Then a milkshake — unavailable as well. At that point, it felt like half the menu was out of stock. We were told they had just received a truck but couldn’t touch it yet, which may explain it, but as a customer, that’s not really helpful.
I understand not everyone goes to Jack in the Box for boba or milkshakes, but those are still menu items. If you’re open and taking orders, customers reasonably expect that the things advertised will actually be available.
To make matters worse, after the long wait, we were given the wrong food.
I don’t mind paying for fast food when it’s fast and accurate, but tonight was neither. Hopefully this location can work on inventory management, order accuracy, and overall efficiency — especially during late hours.

They take FOREVER and are VERY slow in the drive thru, every time I go. Tonight they were limited on the drinks they had. Out of egg rolls and mozzarella sticks. So I just left.b

We went there on Thanksgiving night, as they were one of the only places open. I felt bad that they were even open, but since they were, we ordered after getting in from out of town. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was as expected. No issues and appreciate them

Horrible do not recommend they take forever taking orders and getting your food there drive-thru speaker was broken for almost 2 months than waited 30mins and they still got order wrong after being pulled forward bad management

Over an hour wait for a order of tacos and a chicken sandwhich when I asked for a refund they don't know how to do it. Never coming back stay away
And no manager on duty no wonder they aren't getting anything done

20 minutes to get food when we were the only people in the lobby, and it still came out wrong. Kinda dumpy, and will certainly find another Jack in the Box if I'm in the area again.
