Long wait time and they had two people in the drive through nobody, in the dining room. I'm a delivery driver and waited almost more than 10 minutes. I asked for a free drink. To get an attitude from the cook who was lazy and slow. He wasnt wearing gloves while preparing my customer's food either. Treat people how you want to be treated. 0/0

Was at the order menu and was asked to hold when no one was at the restaurant. After 5 min of waiting i drove past the drive threw window and seen the employees chatting there's nobody in the store and I'm the only one sitting in the Drive-Thru I don't understand what I have to hold for or why the employees can't just do their damn job

I can not believe what I am about to say. I might as well not say, no one will believe me . The late night drive they experience was great. It even ended with a nice smile! Food was hot as my DT completely got my order read back to me and even corrected my mistake In ordering, the wait was good , everything was great really and who ever is at that window late night giving out smiles with food .... Hot damn im a happy Glamper. Lol. But for reaal

Roman had some awesome customer service, usually get grumpy people in the evening. Very polite and asked all the extra questions like what sauces I wanted and offered suggestions when they didn’t have an item I was looking for.

I've given up on Jack in the box. This place reinstalled my faith and not only their great food, but the customer service experience was phenomenal. Helen end Mahin serve everything with a smile and get you the best deal possible for your budget. I go out of my way to go to this location because their food is always fresh and their service is on point! The manager with all the tattoos of his neck is pretty cool too. You need to visit this location if you want to be reinspired by Jack in The box.

I literally go here all the time I work less than one block from the store and tonight will be the last night I will ever visit them they will no longer be a lunch option for any of my other coworkers as well usually since it's only one block away we walk over there and we pick up our food through the drive-thru window which is never been an issue in the past but tonight the overnight staff made me wait through the drive-thru line standing behind cars looking like an idiot ignored me once I got to the menu and then finally when I got to the window even though the employee had told me to go through the drive-thru they told me that they couldn't serve me I wasted 45 minutes going to get my coworkers food and couldn't even get anything I will be calling corporate in the morning if you go there in the night time and there's a kid working the window with a scar on his lip expect the worst service possible

Had to drive up to window to order. Employee couldn't find shake flavor shown on menu board. Eggnog shake was more vanilla than eggnog. No doughnut holes.

I’ve gone 3 times and the rudeness is so disrespectful I don’t know if the manager is there I don’t ask but it’s always missing napkins ketchup curly fries tacos or they say we got some but we can’t drop them right now cuz we just cleaned up I love the fresh food I just don’t like the service from this specific jack in the box !one time they did fix my tacos cuz they put ketchup and it was disgusting so I went back and District manager made it right thanks again but now my wife and mother in law also are telling me that it’s ridiculous and that they don’t even want to ask for there stuff to be fixed cuz it was ruined !!

Absolutely HORRIBLE service! The drive thru worker was upset at us because they got our order wrong. To start off they were out of multiple items from their menu. When ordering, they weren't able to understand that we didn't want certain ingredients on our food. When we got to the window, they were rude and not friendly. We check your food before we left because we just knew the order was wrong. They stuffed all items in one bag to the point where it tore immediately when we grabbed it. When we said the order was wrong, the worker said they didn't read the receipt and told us to drive up and slammed the window on us. At this point we could tell they were upset and chose to leave. Do not go to this location!!!
