There wasn't a single other person there. Waited for over 10 minutes for a door dash order then gave up and left. I honestly don't understand how this place remains in business.

This isn't a first time thing, either, they are always that slow. If you go here, multiply the amount of cars in front of you by 10, then add another 10. That is how long it will take you to get through the drive through. Absolutely pathetic how they don't try at all

Last night we ordered $30 worth of food. We waited almost 15 minutes. The expectation for that wait would be that everything was being cooked fresh but instead you could tell one item of the meal was cooked fresh but the rest of our order had been sitting under the heat lamps all day. Most of the food was awful which was disappointing because we really used to like Jack in the box.

Oh and I didn't get any of the sauces I asked for, not like that would have saved the food though.

Put in a door dash and it was stolen, called the store and Jesse picked up the phone and he was very nice, and offered to remake it. Great service 👍🏾

Wait time is always super long and if its fast the orders wrong or you’re served food poorly. Not satisfied.

It cost 40 plus dollars for three burgers and fries.on top of that they decreased the size of the burgers has decreased down to kids size paid extra to make it large and they gave us three 12 oz drinks

Ordered three #22s with two Sprites and an iced coffee, but didn’t receive the hash browns. When I asked about it, I got attitude instead of a simple fix. Mistakes happen, but if an employee isn’t sure, a quick “Are these just the sandwiches or the combos?” would go a long way. The food was fine, but the customer service has much to be desired.

Just as a note, I definitely drove back around ordered and paid for 3 hash browns.

The teriyaki bowl was nasty, dry and not enough sauce. My son use to work at the other location and he said that it was good so I had decided to give it a try and I wouldn't be getting it again.

This is one of the best Jack-in-the-Box in the location. Every place she goes is gonna have their up and downs, but their food is clean good good stuff they’re always up-to-date with everything with their inventory staying organized good attitude. Also the manager in pink and glasses is very beautiful

Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. 1st in line and still took 10 minutes to order. Messed up my order so many times, I genuinely gave up. Ordered a large combo, only got my sandwich with half of the food inside of it missing and a single strip of bacon. Went to the counter, they gave me 2 small cups. The group I came with had to tell the lady 2 times she got a burger and still got chicken sandwich. When she got the burger, none of the toppings were as listed. HTF is this place still open? I’m not sure. But keep in mind, if your orders are messed up 7-8-9-10 times, someone might get a free small milkshake😲, and a good laugh with the rest of the lobby.
