Were to begin. Went through the drive thru, order a sourdough jack combo and a Jr cheese burger. Was asked if I wanted curly fries. I stated that I wanted regular fries she told me that they didn't have regular fries. Then she told me that they only had Coke. I wanted Dr Pepper. I get to the window and the person at the window asked if I wanted an sauces. I asked if the secret sauce was the thousand island sauce, he didn't know. So I asked if he could place it in my bag anyway. Needless to say when I got home there was no sauce in the bag and the sourdough jack was not cooked. Also, I was charged extra for the curly fries when they were not available! I will not be going back to Jack in the Box , ever!

Ordered a Bacon Ultimate meal with "No Sauce", the incompetent staff left off the bacon entirely. To make matters worse, their phone does not work and constantly says that the call cannot be completed. Everyone working this shift should be fired. This is why people fight against a $15/hr wage for fast food workers.

Ordered the jack bundle and 7 PC. Poppers on the side. 2 out of 3 Jr bacon burgers were warm and the 3 chiken burgers were all cold with not even a full piece of lettuce in them. They gave me 6 cold poppers and 1 hot only. It's been like 5 times in a row where they mess up the order or forget stuff and some items are always cold. 1 star

this is my first time trying jack in the box cuz its been popular in ads for a while so i wanna try it, its pretty good i like the fried jalapenos, jumbo jack and the mini tacos, i like it so far!

Due to gluten very few things on the menu I can eat. Disappointed I was told they no longer serve the 3 Taco Combo. It was just the right amount of gluten free food and a drink. Hope this a store specific decision.

Food and service is good most of the time but if they tell you to pull forward to a parking spot from the drive-thru window when you order 1 single item, don’t. That should only be for big orders and they will forget about you

When calling the restaurant to ask for hot sauce for my tacos cause that was an option you cannot get through to them. Terrible customer service come on.
