Bad customer service. The guy on the phone hung up. I don’t know his name but he was a team leader. We DoorDash it and they didn’t put the right food in the bag. There was only lettuce and mayo on it and no chicken!

This jack in the box is the absolute worst!! Every time I order something, they mess it up, or they give me an order with missing items. On top of that how the hell is a meal even 13 f'n dollars? THAT'S HIGHWAY ROBBERY!

I put an order thru u uber eats the restaurant was not making the order i had to go in person to pick my order after 1 hour of waiting... Got to the restaurant no cars in the drive thru no customers in the lobby ..... I ask the lady why they were taking so long .. they were packed with people in the drive thru.. they started to make my order then.. not ordering from this location EVER!!!

Absolutely awful service if you hate your job that much you should leave and leave it to someone else that would appreciate
Waited a long time for my drive through order, i was sent to the dreaded waiting parking spot and watched 1/2 a movie before my order arrived. We got home with the wrong burgers, well not exactly the wrong burgers, they were just missing some meat!! The drive through person seemed pleasant, and the person who finally brought my order to me seemed pleasant, and apologetic about the wait, that is the only thing positive i can say about this establishment. I've had a previous bad experience at this location, and it had been some time since I've been there. I was hoping for a better experience, but that was not the case, disappointing. I miss the old days when quality meant something, I'll just drive to another location in the future, cross my fingers and hope for better results. I have a feeling that I'm just setting myself up for failure. I have to keep hope alive, otherwise we're all doomed.
