The two girls taking my order and handing my food in the take out line seemed miserable. No greeting or talking of any kind, just stick the hand out the window with your drinks and food and don't even look at you. No have a nice day or anything, so I didn't even know if I should drive off or if I had my entire order. Food was not terrible but it was cold.

The burger was well cooked and it was nicely made with the box to match the nights late eyes and monthly need of onion rings a nice and good nights meal for a near late nighter

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I spent over $50 in food And waited for about 45 minutes then I get home and one of my meals wasn’t even in the bag when I went back to let them know that I had spent over $50 and they couldn’t even get my order right she gave me a hard time. After going on about her manager‘s mom having a stroke, which was none of my business she gave me a hard time about a burger that with bacon that they forgot and my whole order of chicken strips that they forgot when I pulled up, she was on her phone and wasn’t even focused on making the orders. I will never return to this restaurant again in my opinion it should be shut down.

Absolutely the worst jack in the box ive ever been to 20 mins at the speaker without a single word My tacos were literally covered top to bottom in grease and 3 of em had basically nothing on it. I was the only car there. This is absolutely unacceptable Glad yall are getting shut down in a lot of places

This jack in the box is nasty. None of the workers are wearing gloves which is super unsanitary. The employee taking my order was really rude, I was waiting 30 minutes for a simple order just for my tacos to be super cold.

Waited in line for about 35 minutes, finished a whole YouTube video just waiting. Then ordered a cheeseburger plain and dry and somehow still ended up with a jr jack cheeseburger ?? Then I call to ask for a replacement and I get no answer multiple times. This has happened multiple times and I give benefit of the doubt everytime then am reminded why not to come here.

I wish I could give Z E R O stars. Absolute worst jack in the box location. Not only do they change their order randomly throughout the day to mobile orders only but once you place your order and go in at the carry out time the app gives you, you don't get service. My husband waited an hour while the old female work last night services everyone who came in except him until he finally asked her if she was going to help him. She didn't speak a word, gave us the WRONG order but also did not give us the sauces we ordered either. He waited at designated mobile orders set pick up and was not spoken to a single time. Highly recommend you make the drive up 410 to the Ray ellison location. Horrible and will not be returning.

Every evening they have the lights on like they are open but when you pull up to the drive thru they tell you they are no longer taking any orders.

This jack-in-the-box used to be good. Now, it's really gone downhill. I waited about 10-15 minutes before someone took my order at the drive thru. Then, I waited another 10-15 minutes to get my food. It was after 11pm and there was no other customer. I did have one car behind me at one point, but I think they got fed up and left. Before I even gave my order, that car honked at me probably thinking I was just not paying attention. But, I hadn't even ordered. Also, the worker has zero sense of urgency and no apology for the delay. And, of course, the food was cold. Please don't eat here until they seriously improve.
