I went to eat some lunch with my grandma and the manager took our order. She was very rude and gave us an attitude like she didn’t like her job. I understand everyone has rough days but you should never take it out on your customers. I do not recommend this jack in the box if you want a normal great service please do not go here.

Went bask to get 4 tacos that they left out a big order I had no problem but the lady acted like I was a problem I didn’t get name but she’s a red hair Hispanic when she had food at counter she said HERE VERY AGGRESSIVE

The restaurant itself is great, no complaints. Just wish we could use the app in store as well. Having to use and pay only online isn't always convenient
I gotta be honest I went there today and I think I had the best experience I’ve ever had at Jack-in-the-Box ever food five star service five stars. The only zero stars I’m gonna give is to the manager who was not present at the time to encourage or support her team. The only disappointment I have was no Manager was on the clock at the moment. Other than that food was great. Service was great. The people behind the desk were amazing behind the counter, so I’ll go back.

The woman working was talking Jerry springer type stuff with a regular customer who was obviously higher than a kite. Dude in the kitchen was talking about how rude it was to use their promotions for multiple orders in the same vehicle. Bro, if me and my friends are paying our own way, why is it rude? The rude thing was the comments on the way out about ripping off jack-in-the-box by using their promos. Their bathroom was nasty and out of everything, and it took their whole staff to locate the keys… Luckily I have kids and have wipes in my bag. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy.
