The chicken strips were good… but they didn’t have about 3 items available and I had to keep changing my order. Which I don’t mind… also the tea tastes bad. Personally.

I mean I get your an old lady in your 70s and if you having a problem working at a franchise and one that rallies get any service and also where there be no line and people still have to wait 15-20mins for a burger and tacos seems the right thing would be not to work there than am realize you slow down the business and work on the attitude shouldn’t have to be waiting when there is no one in this place at all would not recommend this one anymore!

Went thu the driveway....And Yes my order was correct even though the speaker was making it difficult to hear on both ends of the communications.. High Praise and Thank You To The Man Working The Drive Thru on Sunday 8/11/24 @ approx. 2 am.??? BTW.. If you haven't tried the Eggrolls, you should. They're Amazing.

Very poor customer service. Hardly ever eat Jack in the box and will be sure to avoid it from now on! Went on Sunday 7/28 at 9:30 PM and the person working through the drive through definitely needs more training. First of all he spoke super quietly so it was very hard to hear him. 2nd his response when attempting to order several items was something along the lines of "ain't got it". 3rd, there was an extra meal added to my order. When I brought it up the employee started arguing with me about what I ordered and said that he can't do a refund for 30 minutes. I was like why? I asked, "Is there no manager here?" He claimed to be the manager and would not give a reason to why he could not refund the order. He just kept saying that he could not do the refund until 10PM. I kept pressing him and eventually I think he said he did not know how. At that point I gave up and just fed the extra meal to my dogs. Will definitely not be returning. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever received in my life.

I've never had jack and the box. The food was ok wasn't a wow factor. The service was ok but nit really up there and the location yeah it looked like people.barely go there and small not really kept up with.
First time ever eating at a Jack in the box. Overall the food was good. The service was great! All employees were very friendly.

1st went with the drive trough, couldn't order because the car's in front of me didn't move for about 7 minutes Then went inside and it was worse. No 1 noticed me. If they did, they did, but they didn't say we will be with you. Nothing. So, I went to another competitor. & I've been going to Jack in the box for year's & year's. Considering it was no even busy. They need to hire more staff. Very disappointing. That's why I've decided to go with another competitor. Isn't the 1st. Just didn't say anything.
Just went to get 4 tacos, this was just after 7pm. Young lady very politely stated, were not serving tacos tonight. Wasn't her fault, I'm sure her minimum wage job isn't to order supplies. Step up management, don't put your employees in this position on the weekends. Shame on you
