If I could rate this place ZERO stars I would, the first time I went to this jack in the box location their food was super greasy. Second time I went there I got to the drive thru speaker and no one answered.
Waited for over 12 minutes at the menu with only one car, didn't even want to order because I'm sure I would have been there longer.

Complete ignored me to pick up a delivery for another person. Very rude made the comment that doesn’t the lobby close at 10 told the shake machine was down refused to help me and completely ignored me.i had to cancel the order because I could not get help
