They never have enough stuff. No oreo's for the shakes and do not have large size. Payed for a large oreo shake and did not get it or a refund.

They were one of the VERY FEW open on Xmas Eve. @11:10 I hadn't eaten all day & line was long. Wait was 30-40 min but worker was SOOOO nice, pleasant & thanked us for stopping by & wished us a Merry Christmas as we did same.Only had the jalapeno poppers but hit the spot. Was most APPRECIATIVE of the young man's attitude on a nite I'm sure he wished he was home, left a great impression.
I haven't been to Jack in many years but I ordered the buttery jack and wow! It is awesome.

Ordered through the app... Order went through and paid for the food, drived 15 minutes to get there to find out that the restaurant was closed! It's been over a week that I am messaging back and forth with customer service to get my money back... They asked me to come back to get money back... Good
