This guy name Micheal showing on receipt is very unprofessional I literally sat out the door on a phone call seeing him talk to this guy laughing making signs of not tryna get caught as in to wait for him to not see just so that this dude could snatch this woman's order from the rack! Lady of the actual order finally comes in he says oh someone just took it! 🙄🙄 if the manager checks cams lol the whole thing is there!! Hell I guess meals on the racks are free now and easy to grab dealing with this caucasian wearing glasses dude(just a description)! Check cam from 7:10pm-7:20pm on January 6 2026. I said what I said. Hell the manager will probably see also how I ordered and he let 3-4 people ahead of my small order of only tacos too along with this other gentleman waiting whatever that was about 🤷🏻♀️

Made me wait. Short employees crew. One quit on the spot on Xmas eve. They made me wait of 35 minutes for a uber delivery. At the end customer ended cancelling. Need better management

I literally waited 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru and I was the only one at the store. Just to get some uncooked food i can taste the ice. San Antonio needs to shut down every single last Jack in the Box the food out here is terrible. In Cali this has always been my go-to spot. The quality of Jack in the Box in Texas is garbage

I love their tacos 🌮 my initial visit it was a 5stars the tacos were on spot .. I went back a few days later. And the tacos had to be remade. They poorly made and the cheese was missing. The staff was very friendly. The tacos were good after however the oil probably had not been changed and I could taste that something was a bit off

Ordered pickup over night and my husband went through the drive through gave the order name and got told to pull up to the second window our food was scheduled to be done by 5:15AM but just sat there no one came to the window and a girl just stood inside on her phone when we got her attention she said “you calling me?” Without looking at the customer and staring off into the distance we had an incident and the lid wasn’t on the cup right and spilled all over the car when my husband pulled through again to ask for napkins she was back on her phone with air pods in and couldn’t even hear him knocking on the drive through window she finally looked up and said “huh” and told him go pull around so he did and went to the door that was locked and there were. Other customers there confused as well
Very poor service, go to literally any other jack in the box
