This location serves great food, and I must mention the service. I believe she's the manager or assistant manager, but she's very sweet, kind, patient and always provides condiments without asking. I absolutely love the service. I honestly can say that I come to this very location because of her service and the quality of the food. Compliments go out to her and her staff that are assisting her.

First time visiting this Jack in the box at this location.
I stopped in to pick up some tacos, the 2 tacos - which now cost $1.89. I was quickly greeted by a staff member at the counter, who took my order for 4 sets of tacos (there are 2 tacos in each set).
The order was quickly processed, paid for and the staff in the kitchen area quickly made the tacos. My total time in the store was maybe 10 minutes.
The only thing I wish is that I probably should have done was ask for the tacos to be fried a little bit longer. I like the shells of the tacos a little more crispier. These tacos were OK.
I also should have taken some pictures. Maybe next time.
I hope if you visit your experience at this store is as good as mine.

The lady at the window today was soooo sweet! I NEVER get treated like this on the south side jack in the box.

The food is what you would expect from a fast food establishment. Nothing too great, but I do like the variety. Their prices are a little higher compared to other fast food places, though. Unfortunately, they forgot an order of fries and an order of (3) egg rolls during this visit. Additionally, the chicken fajita pita was practically empty. I tried to call the restaurant regarding the missing food, but my calls went unanswered. I did reach out to their 1-800 number, but no one called me back from there either. (I opted for a call back during the survey.)

The food was cold. I picked up the food in the drive-thru. It was the tacos, which are deep fried when ordered.. Do not understand how deep fried can be so cold.
