Went last night through the drive through I ordered 5 orders of tacos, not a single one had cheese! I was so disappointed, I grew up with jack so I was genuinely sad it wasn’t hitting like it used too. The chicken bacon ranch, I’m not even sure they put bacon on it. After the first bite I didn’t want anymore. I tried calling right now twice and no one answered.

Went through the drive through for an order of tacos at 2:35 pm (pretty basic menu item) probably the most popular item, only to be told there is no lettuce, no taco sauce, tried to add a curly fry, no curly fry. So I cancelled the order and went to taco bell instead. To the owner of this establishment, you should really hire more reliable staff, I'm sure it's costing you money to lose out on business so frequently.
I like their food and stuff but their business? I've been waiting in the drive thru for 20 or 30 minutes or so. And also they only had small cups.

The drive thru during lunch is top tier. The lady working during the week is kind and friendly. There were two women last week and they are super fast and our order was correct. Thank you both.

Ordered two munchie meals. Did not get the added jalapeños in the tacos. Did not get the cups for the Halloween munchie box. They gave my order to the car in front of me so I had to wait an additional twenty minutes. AND no sauces/napkins. Gotta say y’all don’t know how to do things.
