I would definitely go back to this location. The food was made well, and correctly. I enjoyed every bite of my sourdough jack because the meat and bacon were cooked perfect, the bread was toasty and buttery. But the main reason I decided to leave this review is because of the experience I had with the girl in the drive thru. She was so helpful and understanding. I was having an issue placing an order online and it did not let me redeem a coupon for a free burger that I had, I boiled it down to maybe it being too late. understanding hadn’t realized they were closing at 10 and I had gotten there around 9:25. I felt bad about that but she definitely did not let it affect her mood and made up for the coupon not working with her kindness and empathy.

The hotel is great, except they have toxic plugin type fragrance devices thoughout the downstairs. These are harmful hormone disrupters which negativity impact those with autoimmune diseases, allergies, asthma, and of course pregnant woman. I would give 5 stars if these were removed.

This place has done an absolute 360. The service and employees were horrible at one point. I told myself I would never go back. I happened to be in the area again and decided to give them another chance. They blew me away. The food was perfect, employees were awesome, and management is friendly. Great job. Thank you.
Absolutely insane how long it took to get my food in the drive thru! 29 minutes! Are you kidding me!?!? Everything was taking so long that cars eventually started backing out of the drive thru and leaving. Didn’t get a receipt for my order and obviously because they didn’t want people taking the survey that comes with it. This was the last time I come here. Arby’s in the same shopping center didn’t have a huge line that didn’t move.
They want $20 wage when they have $5 ethics and listening skills. Missing half my order.

Food was all fresh, the young man behind the register was in training but did a perfect job. The manager was on the phone walking around not doing much but talking. The headset wasn't even being used. Everything hit the spot and me having umpteen years with food service want to see the guy at the counter move up quick. He deserves it dealing with the manager. Food was good though people!

No matter how many times you ask they cannot seem to give you the sauce for your entree. Do the employees have to pay for the sauces that are stated to come with entree? The egg rolls are freaking delicious with sweet and sour, if you could get the sauce

I ordered the EGG ROLLS the only thing I have to say about the egg rolls is they are better than any egg rolls found at the tastiest Chinese restaurants and they are priced right. Awesome tasting a complete surprise.
