Great restaurant, when we wanted to order we were told that only 7 of the approximately 20 menu options were available, so that was disappointing. Food was good. There wasn't much seating available, but luckily we had a spot.

I ordered a sourdough Jack burger at the window drive-thru. After paying for it I pulled around to the area that they bring the food out to as usual. 5 minutes later the girl brings out my order, No napkins in the bag to eat A hamburger with. The bread was cold. The meat was barely even a little bit warm. I don't know how long it was sitting in there before they put it together and wrapped it up and brought it to me. I have worked in a restaurant for 20 years so I know how things should be going out at a drive-thru how warm they should be or how cold they should not be. If you like to stay in business, take care of these things properly. Not just discuss them with your employees but follow through to make sure they do it properly. That's usually the problem

This is the first time I've ever heard a fast food restaurant. who said they had no drinks, no soda, no tea, no nothing.

I went there the other day it wasn’t busy but I got all old products the fries were old the jumbo patties were old they looked like they been sitting there for a while bc they were regular colors the fries were stale and cold I only live 3 mins away from jack in the box so my food should of been still hot the only thing fresh was the tiny tacos I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person not even on a busy day I asked for mayo on my burger and it was dry

The speaker to order is very low. The employee, however, brought our food promptly. Everything was fresh except the tacos. Chicken sandwiches were very good.
Doesn't feel too safe, though. Lots of vagrants and suspicious people/activities are going on.

My first time trying jack in the box and it was decent. It took a bit to receive our order but there were only 3 people working there. The loaded mini tacos and onion rings were the best thing I had there!!

Been going here since 2009. Most improved chain eatery in SA that I frequent. Commercials are spot on. Extremely economical. Utilize take out or dine in. Great location.

They take a long time to place orders, the employees don't even make an effort to provide good customer service and when you call the restaurant they prefer to let the phone ring but they never answer.

Julianna went above and beyond my entire visiting family appreciate her working the drive threw me being a restaurant owner of 40 yrs she's someone to value and she definitely deserves a raise because of her friendly fast service w asking if we needed a pie or anything else she up sold and us not having a jack on the box in Kerrville we wanted all we could get and would have forgotten about the cheesecake we so wanted thanks ?
