I ask for fresh churros, she said we make everything fresh and specifically said said NO mayo On my chicken sandwich.. She repeated my order and everything, but when I got home, my chicken sandwich had mayo It’s 12 AM I just got out of work and my whole order was wrong & NOT fresh unbelievable

I think this was the cleanest Jack in the box I've ever seen.... And the help was wonderful from a tall thin man sorry I didn't get his name but he was super sweet...... Unfortunately the tacos were very very very greasy.... And it seemed like they were double fried maybe Friday earlier and then fried again when I place the order I don't know but...... I didn't have time to give them back and wait for more.... But they were cheap and fast and that's okay next time I'll know better.

I paid for an order of large curly fries, they gave me half. They didn't fill it up to the top 😑. In that case I would have just ordered a small. I didn't open the bag until I got home and this is very upsetting.

I went to this location and there was this young lady on the mic saying she was only taking mobile orders , so i did and when i got my order they didnt put my correct sauces and forgot to give me one of my drinks , the young lady working at that time was extremely rude and when i asked her if everything was there she said yes, closed the window and left i tried to called her attention by honking and she didnt came back after 3 min of honking the shift leader which was a bigger built lady came to the window and addressed my problem and gave me 1 sauce of each which was still kinda confusing since the app allowed me to get up to 2 sauces of each , this was extremely unprofessional and really un need of, i came from houston as well so i was really disappointed . And i knew the lady was a shift leader because i used to work at JIB before and i know the shift leaders wear the red shirt .

Their dinning room closes at 9pm, they refuse walk up orders at the drive thru.
All workers hide in the back after 9pm so they won't be seen.
The phone # listed does not connect to the store.
If you order on the App, you can't receive the food unless you are in a vehicle after 9pm.
This is at the E. Houston & S. New Braunfels location in San Antonio, Texas.

The tacos are always a win—crispy, greasy, and satisfying. Service was a bit slow during my visit, but the staff was friendly. Great late-night spot when you’re craving comfort food at odd hours.
