Like a lot of people, we visit late a night after a night out. Never fails. This location always forgets something in our order. Not giving us food we paid for is a regular occurrence as this location.
Late night delivery order. Received my order faster than expected time. The food was warm and my milkshake was still cold. Packaged perfectly.

Making our rewards a fraction of what they where is ridiculous and greedy, Jack is going down hill and will continue to do so until its out of business, so sad I actually used to like them, but the pricing is ridiculous, at least before we where getting low quality food cheap now they are trying to con us into buying the same low quality food for premium prices, it legit insanity
