Don't bother going to this location. My wife and I went there yesterday. Stood by the counter to order. No one helped us. After saying "Hello" I get a response we'll be right there. Waited and waited and no one came. We walked out. This place was filthy and teenagers running this dump. No respect for customers. I guess this is what happens when you hire young kids. No wonder some locations are closing their doors.

Let me start off by saying Wesley was amazing great service allThe way thru my service was in drive thru at 10:27pm he was super super kind very helpful and I’ve always received terrible service mostly any place I go if you ask me this man deserves a raise god bless his heart because no matter what I go thru I’m kind to people and for others to treat me ugly for what they go thru I don’t appreciate so shout out to Wesley god bless youMan thank you for your amazing service plus food was perfect on point give this amazing man a raise ??♥️♥️

Ordered through the drive thru and the female employee had a BAD ATTITUDE! Didn’t appreciate how fast she was rushing me through my order at the menu board and when I got to the window she even slammed the sliding window as she took my payment. Nobody else was in line behind me and I’ve spent plenty of money at this location before. Name in the receipt is Jaedenn, not even sure if that’s her name but management needs to correct the attitude problem or be content with losing more business.

This probably the worst Jack In The Box that we have ever visited. The clerk was not rude but spaced out. The place was dirty. The drink station only had one flavor which was coke and it was mostly carbonation.The restrooms where disgusting and smelled like sewer. Food was edible but flavorless. We do not recommend this place and will come back.
Ordered $2.99 burger, was 90 bun n had to look hard for beef patty, waste of money. $5 + for a shake, it was very good but $5 for soft serve product?? C' on man!

I stopped to pick up lunch, but first needed to use the restroom. The restroom was filthy and smelled liked a portable outside potty. It was so bad, I left without buying food.Before leaving, I asked to speak to a manager, but was told the manager wouldn’t be in until Thursday (it’s Tuesday). ?. What fast food restaurant is left without management for 2 days?I’ve often go through the drive thru at this restaurant (first time inside), but needless to say, this was my last visit. The entire place needs a good scrubbing and better management. Do better!!
