Jack In The Box

I work overnight and occasionally pick up food during my lunch. The food is always good. Occasionally, when I receive my food the person is quick to shut the window and walk away. I always check my order to make sure it is correct and have my condiments, and if I need something I need to knock on the window and if they don't hear I have to wait until they are back in the field of vision. Annoying. Today 1/11/26 at 2:30 am when it was dark and 40° outside, there was a man standing in the drive thru area outside my passenger door and it made me feel uneasy. When I left he walked up to the drive thru window. It was odd.

The girl working the drive through around 1am is extremely rude and rolled her eyes at me because I asked her to add a drink to my order.very disrespectful and rude do not come here to get food!!! Please fire her immediately……

This place is my fav go to. I love the cold mocha cream coffee. Tacos are yummy. I always enjoy. I always use their app. It's so much LESS EXPENSIVE than door dash and Uber eats.

They didn't have the spicy chicken sandwich I wanted ( they said they were out), and the regular fries were cold and SUPER SALTY, I didnt enjoy them

Love how my order was nice and hot. For being late, the lady who was at the drive thru window was very sweet and nice. I’m not a fan of fast food, but Jack in the Box hit the spot!

I frequent Jack in the box as it was my first employer when I was younger and eventually developed an obsession for all the snack foods offered! I have noticed it’s a few branches that do the following but this location is closest to me and has given me the most consistently pleasant experiences. If it’s after 10pm, I used to find my tacos sauce/lettuce less which made me irritated as there was never other cars in queue so why are we half assing while service is dead. But, a couple days ago & today I’ve been given ordered items wi to all their fixins and fresh so I’ll be even more frequent!

40 minutes for a fast food is crazy 💀💀

This was an absolutely horrible experience. I DO NOT recommend this location. The employee at the drive through was extremely rude, she acted like taking my order was a huge inconvenience for her. The tacos were edible but the chicken sandwich tasted like it had been deep fried, got cold/unused and re-deep fried. Two nights and I had to throw it away. All in all a very disappointing experience.
