I've always thought they (jack n the box) had the best egg rolls not the one on 410 and starches they are old and taste freezer burn

I went to through the drive through. I got two tacos for a dollar.

It says the dining room is open at 6am. 6:44 now and it's closed

Terrible experience. The workers seem to care less if they “forgot” to put something in our bag. We had to go back because they forgot our tacos and then we get home and see they didn’t even correctly make the classic buttery Jack we ordered. It’s one thing to forget stuff like they always do but to not even properly make the food that your customers pay for!? What a bad location.

This specific location at 410 / Starcrest NEVER has eggrolls not for dine in or delivery.
When ordering delivery once you finally receive your order always about 45 minutes iater than the aprs estimates and they are always out ofsomething. Your receipt is not credited for the item and you will have to call on the app. To get refunded. This has happened the past 3 times I've orderdd..
I won't be wasting my time wasting on this stores lack of ordering inventory.

How do you screw up a chicken sandwich so hard it was like a rock

Ordered delivery last night after work. And received half our order, when I tried calling whom ever answered the phone hung it help without so much as a word. Unacceptable and will not be returning until this is made right. I would not recommend anyone waste their time or money with jack in the box.

I got the cluck thr chicken sandwich one and I was eating my fries 1st i bit into my sandwich and it felt very chewy and rough I couldn't finsh it and they forgot my friend buger he still paid for it and didn't even get it pls never do this again to no one and have a good day

Location is outdated and a little run down. Food is ok... will fill the void of hunger when you are on the go.

Walked in and out...no one to see at the counter

Terrible location. Workers are rude and miserable and roll their eyes. Skinny girl with trashy tattoos everywhere got mad at ME cause I ordered curly fries and she gave me regular so I came back and asked very nicely. I smiled and said thank you and she had the rudest look on her face the whole time. I paid $8 for an ultimate bacon cheeseburger and there was NO bacon. Save your time and money DO NOT COME HERE!

Employees never know how much food they have in stock at this location and never ready and advertising food they don’t have on the menu due to no stock
