Horrible, horrible! I waited for 45 minutes in the drive thru line. I thought at first that maybe it was one person doing all the work by themselves, but by the time I pull up to the drive-through, it’s one person at the drive-through and somebody else in The kitchen. The woman at the drive-through was nonchalant and in no hurry never cared to apologize for the long way and took her time and was rude. Never had such horrible service.

Sorry ass location. The bacon was on the side when it was supposed to be in my burger. Hair gross asf, and the floor is very telling. Didn’t even eat my sandwich, waste of money. Shop elsewhere. All while the area coach was present. Paying customers deserve better.

There was only 1 employee working that night. It took a long time to order and recieve my order. The communication was poor as I had to ask the employee to repeat himself a few times. In the end, there was an item missing from my order. The food was over cooked and lacked flavor.

Usually a good place but this time the girl tried to upsell me twice after I was clear on what I wanted. Enough to make me not buy food from here.
I was shocked to have spent 5 dollars on an item that was so small that they should have been ashamed to even serve it. I won't be buying at Jack's again. Very, very disappointing.

This evening, I came through the drive-thru to order dinner for my husband and myself. Unfortunately, both orders were incorrect. Paid for the Ultimate bacon cheeseburger combo, and no bacon was on the burger. Paid for a regular jack cheese burger combo no tomato extra mayo and paid for extra onions. The burger didn't have any lettuce, Mayo, onions, or the extra mayo and onions . Called 5 times with no answer, and then the must of disconnected the phone because the phone disconnected every time after that. I was the only person in the drive-thru the entire order, so I'm confused at how the order was screwed up with a wait time for the food. I have experienced a previous order incorrect before and drove back. The manager delivered poor customer service while remaking my food. Still given the wrong items and asked them to fix it, and the woman gave me an attitude. I want what I pay for, nothing more, nothing less. I suspose I am not wanted as a customer.
