Decent shake BUT the wait was long, half the shake was whipped cream, and they didn't mix the chocolate in very well.

Firstly, I never write reviews. Came here on two separate occasions through the drive-thru for breakfast around 930-10am on a Sunday. There was one car in the parking lot. Both times I pulled up to order and sat there for 15mins and no one answered. I then proceeded to the window thinking maybe their speakers were down. There was nobody in sight. Sat at the window for about 5 mins, still nothing.

Been here twice and ended up driving away empty handed both times because their milkshake machine was down and also their soft drink machine was down the second time.

I went to use the restroom, the facility was locked. This happened at 12 noon on a Saturday on June 25th. Whoever is managing it on that day and time needs some serious training or to be fired, I called to and nobody answered. Not good for your business at all.

If owner reads this Please hire new employees!! the guys you have right now are are just there to get paid and do not care about the well being of your establishment went today again after 3 months for a quck lunch and took me 30 minutes to get my order of 2 tacos and a jumbo jack i dont even bother asking for sauces anymore they always forget and the other people waiting were very angry i dont blame the owner sometimes good help is hard to get i went trough that with my company but now after i hand picked my workers im doing great if this jack in the box was mine i would make it a great place

Slow. Took 30 minutes to get 5 cars through the drive thru. Then got told to park and wait for my food. Seemed like they weren’t even cooking any of the food until you paid at the pick up window.

Sorry of enjoyed the visit especially the face of the counter person when we ordered 16 ordered of their 1.79 two tacos.. Took them about 10 minutes but it was worth the wait! Lol

This location sucks honestly. Food is cold, items on the menu aren’t available ALL THE TIME, drive thru people are rude. Should just shut this location down honestly.

So here I am in line for doordash almost 40 min I get to the window then she says 12.06 I said I’m picking up for doordash as I said in the speaker there was 1 car in front of me already she closes the window and smiles an prints the receipt and they are barley making it you got to kidding me

We went through the drive-thru tonight, and there was a line. We had to wait for a bit, but it was well worth it. The staff was very polite and courteous. Our food was clearly fresh and stayed warm the whole way home. Super good. We'll definitely keep coming to this location.

I ordered a Double Bacon cheddar combo and the burger wasn't in the order. How can you forget the main burger of the combo? Tried to call back, but the number listed on the receipt wasn't answered. Thanks for robbing me of my money.
