Im a regular customer at this location, and usually i dont have any problems. I ordered today via the app and picked up my lunch without any hassle as a carry out. If i had any issues they were addressed properly.

I was there and an employee named crystsl had a very bad attitude and was very rude I don’t know how someone like that is allowed to keep a job especially dealing with customers I will not go back as long as that disrespectful woman works there !!!

2nd worst jack in the box around. Night staff cant handle more than one car at a time and every car has to be pulled up front to make it look like their drive through times are legit. Ridiculous. Thank God there's a McDonald's close by. At least here they can handle the business.

I was the only one in the drive thru line. It was midnight, and all I wanted was some food for me & my brother. I ordered the $12 dollar muchie meal, a chicken sandwich, and another order of tacos. The guy at the drive thru didn't pack our 2nd order of tacos, and the tacos that came with the munchie meal bearly had any meat & packed full of lettuce & no cheese in them. The tacos were extremely greasy & broken. Not a happy customer.

“I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this Jack in the Box location. They’re constantly out of menu items, and it seems like they never have anything in stock. On top of that, the service is consistently slow and unfriendly. It’s frustrating to wait forever and not get what you ordered. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re in a hurry or want reliable service.”
The place smelled like mop water that hasn't been changed in 2 weeks. I went in for breakfast and they were out of sausage, like completely out. And 95% of their breakfast menu was something with sausage. I don't know if this is a plot by the employees to shut the place down, but its working. If that's the case, you need to listen to your employees and make this right because you can't have a business without them.
