I ordered JITB recently to try their new pineapple shake (delicious btw) and the second time I went to order, they were out of the Large cup. I put in a support ticket and the district manager called me within 5 minutes and offered me the shake another time for free. Talk about great customer care ✨?The workers in the unit were also nice as well!
I used to eat here a long time ago. I'd took my nephew there cause he wanted Jack in the Box. All I can say is their prices had gone up tremendously. I remember that you can buy two tacos for 99 cents. Now they're $1.69 for two. No thank you. I would rather make my own at home and have plenty for leftover.

My last visit was OK. we usually go thru drive thru and it takes FOREVER at this location. (Rigsby). Went in to get food, still took some time when there was NO one else in restaurant but our order was correct and food was good.
