This Jack in the Box is in a VERY dangerous area. Seems to be a haven for the homeless. Some are seriously ill and can be suddenly aggressive. I am deeply concerned for the staff! I feel the company should do more to protect their staff and us customers! The staff are targets. They have had to keep their bathrooms locked. Customers have to wait at the counter but the staff is required to walk down a hall, with a person following and COULD EASILY BE SHOVED THEN LOCKED INTO ONE OF THEIR BATHROOMS WITH A VIOLENT PERSON. I didn't see any cameras in that hall.
In spite of all types of people, in all types of conditions, wandering in and digging through their trash and hovering over customers waiting to snatch up left overs... The food was well prepared. The service was friendly and they were ALWAYS polite to those homeless. Today two men approached me and did not ask for money Just wanted some fries. I am always careful not to show l have any money and just say, l'm sorry l only have my debit card. They didn't demand anything else. Didn't ask for a drink too so l abliged. There is a community clinic across the street. I feel the company owes their staff some protection!
I usually don't do review's. This is by far the worst jack in the box I have ever been to.i placed a online order went to the window they asked me for the name I gave them my order number and showed them my order info they refused to give me my food.after 20 minutes of waiting they finally gave me my food. I asked for buttermilk and was told they already put some in the bag when there was none in there. The fries were old and cold like they have been sitting for 2 hours literally.the manager was giving me attitude at the window saying I'm holding up her drivline for them not having there stuff together. Will not be going back. Manager has no people skills
They are shady with their fries and I think that instead of throwing the food that you can replace that they should just give it to the paying customer

Usually, I get from here late nights due to my work schedule, but the few times I have there has been the one worker who will sit in the dining area (when the doors are already locked) while the two girls are struggling to keep up with drive thru. Not only was he sitting not helping them but he's also sitting by the windows at the end of the drive through line, rolling a joint at a table. I've seen this twice already and will not be returning to that location. Thankfully there's another JITB not to far.

Just went through got 2 combo breakfast before work. Worker was not prepared. And at that got the croissant sandwich not the extreme sandwich. No receipt and I call phone is busy. I got cheated out my money.
