Usually, I get from here late nights due to my work schedule, but the few times I have there has been the one worker who will sit in the dining area (when the doors are already locked) while the two girls are struggling to keep up with drive thru. Not only was he sitting not helping them but he's also sitting by the windows at the end of the drive through line, rolling a joint at a table. I've seen this twice already and will not be returning to that location. Thankfully there's another JITB not to far.

Just went through got 2 combo breakfast before work. Worker was not prepared. And at that got the croissant sandwich not the extreme sandwich. No receipt and I call phone is busy. I got cheated out my money.

So I went the other day to get my on line order...when I got there no one answered...no one was therer..finally after 20 minutes I saw the manager..skinny Mexican with a beard and a bandana on his head...I asked for my order and he had an attitude like I was taking his time...I left and they forgot my hamburger..I asked for only meat and pickles...so he put cheese...I told the guy IM ALERGIC TO CHEESE I ASKED FOR THE MEAT AND PICKELS ONLY...AGAIN HE HAD AN ATTITUDE..FINALLY HE GOT IT CORRECT...THIS WAS ON 11/16/2024 AROUND 4AM

They were working in the back..think not many workers. They did not come to the front hardly..we waited a long time at the front . Only 2 people inside..but waited a while.
I go every once in a while to this jack in the box and the food is always on point , tonight was no difference but the only reason why I am posting something tonight was because the guy at drive thru since I’ve been going is the only one who gave good service and every at that the guys in the kitchen were complaining why he was still selling breakfast at this hour even tho it says breakfast all day and the kitchen staff were yelling an I mean “ yelling at him words I would prefer not to say on here but I hope that gentleman at drive thru finds a better job I could see what they were doing but one can only imagine with the words they were saying to him I just hope he is okay and hope things at this location get better

Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered ahead through the app and they shoved in 3 chicken sandwich Jr's, 3 Jr jumbo Jack's and 6 tacos with Absolutely no sauce that I requested and I didn't get my 3 fries and when I got home and tried calling the line was busy for more then 15 minutes so I had to go back to the store and the "manager" told my husband wr had to bring the whole bag back and there was nothing he could do. As for the food 2 of my chicken sandwiches were cold and 1 of the burgers had only Mayo and patty! No lettuce no tomato onion nothing! The tacos which I also requested extra lettuce had none and no sauce. This was an absolute terrible experience and the manager did nothing at all to help!

The place isn't bad at all. Food was good and came in a timely manner. The atmosphere wasn't bad either. The temperature is nice and cool. A much needed refreshment from the ever sweltering heat that is Texas.
