Jack in the box always has good food. But the night shift employees at this location are always terrible. I’ve ordered for delivery a handful of times and have gone through the drive thru several times at night. My delivery orders always get cancelled or arrive very late (1-2 hour delivery times even though I live only 3 miles away) because the employees don’t wanna do anything. I’ve also gone through the drive through at nights and they sometimes tell me “our machines are down and can’t take orders”. I’ve also been there during the day and everything is super smooth and fast. The owner and/or corporate should look into the night shift.

I visited this location today and yesterday. My order was made wrong and I called and spoke with the manager who said she would fix my order whenever I could come back which was today. The staff on all occasions I’ve visited have been very friendly and attentive. They don’t make me feel like I’m an inconvenience when I visit.I appreciate the fact that they fixed my order and thanked me for giving me for allowing them to fix it. You don’t really receive this kind of customer service anymore at fast food restaurants. They constantly keep the lines moving when I come through the drive thru and offer me condiments and there’s always napkins/utensils in the bag which I really appreciate it’s really the small details and the great staff that makes them stand out from the rest.
Educated people need to be hired at this place. Those that can read orders that customers pay for. Ordered egg rolls and wasn't given the dipping sauce. Have the common courtesy to let customers know if your out of certain things or give customers what they Payed for. And fast food industry workers want more pay. For what? You don't do a good job.

The restaurant was just a Good clean healthy experience and the food was delicious and fresh with ice cold coca cola and hot fries and burgers with a sweet desert or slice of NY cheesecake just pure sweetness.
After going thru hell at the Marbach and 410 location and almost having the cops called on me, Amanda took great care of me in less then 5 mins from the point that I arrived to when I left most satisfied.
Customer service is outstanding!! Food was hot, delicious, and fast!! If you are in the mood for burgers go here!!!

Was on that side due to visiting family and we were craving monster taco's we ordered 8 of them and while half way home I opened the bag to discover we were missing 4 of them. I was like great now I'm going to have someone give me an attitude about it which I usually encounter with Jack n the box employees but to my surprise I spoke to a Juanita with the pink hair and she was very cool about it and apologized for the inconvenience of having to go back and said go ahead and come back and we'll have them hot and ready for you just pull up to the drive thru. We did and she remade my entire order again not just the 4 that were missing.
Very unorganized Servers on their phone I've been 2 3 jacket boxes In san antonioFor some reasonThey have all issues either no food No onions no tomatoesI just seems dirtyI like Jack in the box For their breakfast jacks And tacos I wished I was back in San Diego We're Jack in box we're still popular Maybe that's the reason why owners don't care about their jack-in-the-boxes out here There is not good leadership

Third time in three days that they can't take orders, system is rebooting... day1, 3am they can't make anything cleaning grill... day2, 4am system rebooting, day3, 5 am system rebooting... so it takes over an hour to reboot? This is a garbage chain which puts garbage employees over night. Waste of time trying to order from these guys.
