takes so long to make order , dasher and uber eats driver on two separate occasions just straight up canceled order and I had to wait for a refund. orders always take forever. every single time, it takes forever to get anything. literally ANYTHING. multiple times I've gone by and it reeks of weed. the customer service has always been unfriendly too. lol I love this garbage food but god damn, I can never go anymore because every time I think the experience will get better, it remains to be terrible. at this SPECIFIC location. over the last 10 years, no improvement. change management or knock it down and put something else at this point.

Legit never open 24/7 like the website says. It’s is now 6:55PM on Monday and they are closed already. Lazy workers closing early for no reason. Every single time I’ve ordered food or went to go in person to get food they’re closed.

I saw a review that stated the manager was rude and it always rude, This is the only jack in the box i go into because the people are always friendly and doing their jobs not playing around, not dressed however they want to & to me this is the only one in san antonio where that takes place.
personally ive spoken to the manager on multiple occasions and she’s always pleasant. She has never been rude to her employees. Ontop of that the food is always fresh and I always hear how the employees respect her, i don’t know man that lady sounds like somebody who got fired or something don’t listen to her review. If you want some good jack in the box continue to eat at this location because it’s definitely top tier and takes me back to the jack in the box from back in the day.

I just want to review the staff, the manager Susan is horrible, she treats his employees in the worst way, she snaps his fingers in their faces, she speaks to them in the worst way, she talks about his employees' personal situations in front of other employees on purpose to humiliate his workers, it is not the first time that her staff suffers from his attitude, but HR does nothing about it, if she doesn’t like her job and lives frustrated, leave a get another one
Best jack in the box ever! I stopped going to jitb a few years back because of service issues but today omg these guys brought it big time. Best ultimate cheeseburger ever!

I've been waiting a whole hour it's already after midnight the gentlemen said to hold on that it's only 2 workers working a there music that can be heard through the speaker. Said how employee and treat the customer so whoever working night of 06/16 really need to be talked with. There are 4 cars behind me and 2 vehicles left already. As I got tired of waiting I past by they guys were standing around doing nothing drinking and on ther phones so sad because all the cars left.

Stop doing for lunch a few times already and I've gotten the best service, The manager by the name of Susan I could tell she was extremely busy and had a lunch rush and she still made time to go above and be on her duty to make sure my son and I had fresh food and fresh dessert, place is very clean also

The guy at the window finally admitted on the phone that he didn't take care of my order when my friend asked specifically several times. They would not replace my burger. Be careful what you order from here, the tacos aren't even as good as they used to be in the day.

I enjoy coming here already, but wanted to take the time to shout out Damien from the morning shift. I didn't come in with any expectations for breakfast, but was pleasantly surprised by his consideration for my needs. I felt it was worth making a review about, that's how good the experience was. Jack In The Box's quality would increase with more workers like him!

Jack in the box always has good food. But the night shift employees at this location are always terrible. I’ve ordered for delivery a handful of times and have gone through the drive thru several times at night. My delivery orders always get cancelled or arrive very late (1-2 hour delivery times even though I live only 3 miles away) because the employees don’t wanna do anything. I’ve also gone through the drive through at nights and they sometimes tell me “our machines are down and can’t take orders”. I’ve also been there during the day and everything is super smooth and fast. The owner and/or corporate should look into the night shift.
