I couldn't wait to get out of this place because it is colder inside then it is outside. Fix your heat in this garbage weather. Your employees are freezing and this will reduce the quality of your food. This is not the time Jack.

Food is great hot. My personal opinion. When do you see employees with all those piercings at a chick fil? A? No wonder your locations are closing you should have some expectations about your employees. I'm not against about people.Having piercing piercings should be.at minimum

Bad as can be, always out of menu items and toppings ,ice cream always broken ,only takes three costumers at a time in drive thru or some how they are closed after the third car in drive thru line it say 24 hours but if you go at night any given hour they are closed ,trash food and service

Got my order last night, paid a +1 upcharge for gremlins edition of the meal. Return home with none of the items in either of my munchie meals. Attempted to call when I got home, attempted to call the following day, and I never got an answer on the phone. I drive back to the place to inform them, that I paid extra for the meal and never received the items/was never informed they were out of stock. Spoke to Front cashier who was very helpful and nice, spoke to manager who was helpful and nice. General Manager gets involved stating that it's a free air freshener, and I would need to leave, or the cops would be called. I paid extra for items that were never provided. Refused any form of compensation even though I had a second receipt for a normal munchie meal, which came out to $2.16 cheaper than what I paid through the app.

every time we come to this location they never have anything! no curly fries, no buttermilk, no other drink options other than coke and at that they give us a CAN coke with a cup of ice.

Kept getting order wrong instead of remaking the sandwich they wiped off what was on there and put on a different topping and because kept asking for it to be made right they was being very rude and kept messing it up intentionally. Would not help the customer at the. Register instead told a customer go to the kiosk and kept ignoring one customer in particular was very rude was not trying to be of service to no one

Been to this location multiple times and are always out of items. I can see why this spot is not busy.

Always slow, no matter what time ya pull through. And almost never have atleast 1 item of my order in stock. But the workers are nice and courteous and when and if ya do get the food, it is good though. If they fix the 2 issues, it’d be 5 stars all around.

I just wanna say that how great their service was. I got Jack in the Box for us during my man’s lunch break. They forgot the curly fries, after my man’s lunch I went back and I said my mobile name and they knew about forgetting the fries. When I arrived home I noticed the chocolate loaded cake in the bag and it made me smile. Thank you Jack in the Box on Roosevelt Ave.

Always a long wait and employees are not so friendly. They are not rude but not friendly been there over 3 times in like a year and I get the same service
