I put my order in online which was really easy and picked up the burgers and fries and they were nice and hot we even got 2 orders of the crispy tacos and an order of the egg rolls they were really really good thank you for keeping up the good work

DO NOT GO HERE. This place need to be shut down. Would leave zero stars if possible. Waited over an HOUR to get through the drive thru, then Was asked to pull forward. For one burger combo and an extra cheeseburger added to it. I’m still sitting here waiting for my food. Pulled into the parking lot to get through the drive thru at 750. It’s now 910 and still haven’t received my food. And only one person was inside eating. NOT BUSY AT ALL!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO FIRE EVERYONE AND SHUT DOWN
UPDATE. I finally received my food at 930. An hour and fourty minutes. The young lady who brought my food out explained the cook deleted out my order? And then she proceeded to have an attitude when I asked her “an hour and fourty minutes tho?” With her response saying “well you got your order so..” and then walked off. Got home and what do ya know. The order was wrong. I Asked for no lettuce or pickles. And of course there was lettuce and pickles on it. I will be making a phone call tomorrow because this was terrible. I will NEVER eat at another jack in the box again. This one ruined the entire company for life for me. Shut it down and open a whataburger. Fire the employees. Fire the manager. Fire the cook. Fire them all. My dog could’ve gotten the job done faster and more accurate and with more respect. DO NOT GO HERE PEOPLE. DO NOT

I went to order my food. Was not greeted when entering.Order from the kiosk. Was waiting for my food in the lobby and the whole time they guy in the back was complaining when orders were coming in. The two women that were in the front looked busy with drive thru. One was working them drive thru and other was making fries, tacos and other foods. It took about 40 mins for me to get my food. When she called my number put she hands me one bag for all the food i had ordered. I spent about $44 and she shoved everything in one bag. When i told her o offered more than one thing she said yes its all in the bag. So I decided to look at the order and of course half of the order was missing. When i am telling her i am missing food she took the receipt to look at it and walked away to just add tacos to the bag. I told her i am missing more food. She then told the guy in the back and he started yelling at her telling her he had made the burgers and what did she do with them. She even ask him to remake one of the burger since its was mad wrong and he was in the back complaining about remaking it. While i was waiting some other people walked in asking about a deal they had from metro and they told them, they couldn't use the deal and that there was an other jack in the box down the road. They walked out and came back in and the guy tells them you have to buy a burger and get one free. After they left he came to the front and handed me the burgers and said he was sorry. I told him you made the burger but it was made incorrectly and he said so i did make it. Grab the burger and threw it in the trash. Employees were not wearing names tags. By this time i was already annoyed so I just grabbed my food and left. And to top it off all the food was cold. Tacos were hot when she put them in the bag but while waiting for all the missing food then get cold. I also did the review on the receipt.

Do not go here. Waited 30 mins for food only to see they were barley dropping the food in the fryer. I asked for a refund and they couldn't figure out how to do a refund. They went looking for the manager to find out the manager wasn't there. Eventually they figure out how to do a refund.

No service at all the crew just saw me and my girlfriend and ran to the back didnt want to take our order and we stayed their waiting till a man came and said their systems were down
