Left the drive thru because we weren't moving. One car at the speaker for over 7 minutes. I got out of the drive thru line to go inside and order. One employee in the back, by herself, 2 eating lunch. You need more employees. Service is beyond slow.

Waited in the lobby for service cashier was smoking in the parking lot while no one was in the restaurant behind counter but 2 people waiting for service. Would have put 0 stars

I go by this place about 6 a.am or about there. The majority of the time they are only taking door dash; their system is rebooting or their system is down or they are only taking cash. What the heck!🤬😡 why open 24/7.

How they gonna stop taking orders at midnight but claim to be 24hrs
This place needs to be shut down or they need NEW management, there always over cooking food or undercooking food . The food is always nasty && ALWAYS MISSING ITEMS , it’s ridiculous . && the lady’s ALWAYS RUDE . Not people friendly at all

The lady who took our order at the drive thru had a very bad attitude and couldn't understand or speak english. She should not be serving or working with the public. Employees like that are usually a reflection of the management.
To top that off order was missing items, the breakfast potatoes were like a rock. We've been to many Jack's through our travel. This definitely is the worst Jack we've encounterd for service and food.

Every time I place a mobile order they always forget my tacos.never fails,not eating Jack in the box anymore
We just went to Jack in the box Arron G. has been here all day running the store by himself and we just want to express our gratitude on how well this employee is taking care of the customers and the service he's giving he has gone above and beyond our expectations for this company and we believe this employee needs to be commended for his outstanding work and deserves a raise and promotion.

Whoever the girl is that is working at the drive thru 4am August 19 2024 provided horrible service! Waited 30 minutes for my food and on top of that I didn’t get everything I asked for and got charged extra as if I ordered that item. Jack in box Culebra rd location needs to do better with who they hire.

Okay so waiting for my mobile order and all the employees are slow and are racist I mean so racist towards this one girl. Who knows if they do this to everyone else but I was not pleased at all. My food was also cold because they where taking so long
