Food was old half my order was missing when went back to the location was told that they put everything in the bag they said you could’ve just taken it out like be so real I spent 56 dollars just to complain about something I didn’t get and then when I did get it it was old fries old tacos they were cold when trying to tell them they said sorry if you like you can make a complaint about it like really I want my refund in full and yall need to fire your employees or close that place down if it can’t be ran properly because this is unacceptable

Very bad service. It's open 24 hours a day, and they didn't have anything available. They didn't even sell us churros. We bought two combo burgers, and they didn't give us our fries! They robbed us!

I came through the drive through around 11:15 and some older man with a beard in his 40s was in drive through and tried flirting with me and I'm only 16 and obviously felt very uncomfortable and he proceeded to park my car and come out trying to flirt getting to personal leaning on my window and I just felt very weirded out and very out of my comfort zone even with my older cousin in the car I still felt very unsafe around this man that told me his name was Manuel but EMP said Rigo. I am very disappointed and won't be coming back here with perv men there.

They get my order right every time the one one I don’t like is the bigger older guy 30-45 maybe years old w the beard because everytime I want to take something off he goes oh we can’t do that or that’s not allowed lol been coming back in the box all my life bby Ik you can do that. Other than that the food is always good thanks guys

I came to this location 11:30 to order for my family, and the server up front was super disrespectful using racial slurs in front of my kids. an older gentleman with a beard emp on ticket was the name Rigo M and although the food was fine the server up front definitely needs some more customers service training.

I ordered online food for me and my kids. The order was all right but the fries were rock hard. It looked like they had been sitting there for a very long time under the heated lap. You could not even chew them and they were cold. There wasn't even a line. This is the last time I will order from his Jack in the box.

Fries were overcooked like they’ve been sitting there for a while and eggrolls halfway cook still cold , soggy tacos not crispy not cook, Called THERE Excuse was sometimes they’re deep fryer does not work . My whole order was disgusting. Don’t waste your money on this location The worst! The courtesy to tell me to go back to make it better and fresh really in the first place they should’ve Done it right ! Since it was drive-through, they waited for me to get home.
They need atlease 1 more worker at night shift
