I came through the drive through around 11:15 and some older man with a beard in his 40s was in drive through and tried flirting with me and I'm only 16 and obviously felt very uncomfortable and he proceeded to park my car and come out trying to flirt getting to personal leaning on my window and I just felt very weirded out and very out of my comfort zone even with my older cousin in the car I still felt very unsafe around this man that told me his name was Manuel but EMP said Rigo. I am very disappointed and won't be coming back here with perv men there.

They get my order right every time the one one I don’t like is the bigger older guy 30-45 maybe years old w the beard because everytime I want to take something off he goes oh we can’t do that or that’s not allowed lol been coming back in the box all my life bby Ik you can do that. I came to this location 11:30 to order for my family, and the server up front was super disrespectful using racial slurs in front of my kids. an older gentleman with a beard emp on ticket was the name Rigo M and although the food was fine the server up front definitely needs some more customers service training.

I ordered online food for me and my kids. The order was all right but the fries were rock hard. It looked like they had been sitting there for a very long time under the heated lap. You could not even chew them and they were cold. There wasn't even a line. This is the last time I will order from his Jack in the box.

Fries were overcooked like they’ve been sitting there for a while and eggrolls halfway cook still cold , soggy tacos not crispy not cook, Called THERE Excuse was sometimes they’re deep fryer does not work . My whole order was disgusting. Don’t waste your money on this location The worst! The courtesy to tell me to go back to make it better and fresh really in the first place they should’ve Done it right ! Since it was drive-through, they waited for me to get home.

Ordered a biscoff shake they didn’t have it, ordered a Dr Pepper they didn’t have none, ordered 2 Oreo milk shakes no whip cream or cherry I’m very upset. My potato wedges had no bacon ughhh I’m frustrated they should of said they didn’t have none and I wouldn’t have ordered them also lady on drive thru is very rude.

This is the worse jack in the box I have ever been too. If I could give NO stars I would. I visited this location today Sunday 12/8/24 it looked dead no cars but I approached the drive thru anyway I waited there for about 7 minutes saying hello and nobody responded I was going to drive off but seen there was 2 vehicles waiting at the window so couldn’t go anywhere being that there was a vehicle behind me so I gave it another 3 minutes and again said hello and nothing. I approached the window waited for the 2 vehicles to pass and then sat at the window for another 5 minutes before she finally came to the window I simply said “hello is the box broken” she instantly caught an attitude and tried her best to speak English saying “I busy doing front too and no not broken” so I said “okay I was just asking if it was I haven’t ordered I just need 2 drinks” she then started getting loud saying she was “working the front too and she can take order but she busy and I hear you on headset” so my husband said never mind because she had an attitude and didn’t want are drinks to be spit in so before we drove off she was saying something about “her manager can check the cameras she doing her job don’t take like that don’t see her that how” mind you I could see her the entire time trying to locate the correct receipt for a bag and then took it to the front counter and another worker was at the front not to mention the one vehicle had just showed up while we where waiting for a response in the drive thru. I’m not racist or anything because I’m also Mexican but this location needs to teach there employees to say something on the headset even if it’s give me a second, I’ll be right with you. I would have understood even if nobody was there. This entire thing was very unprofessional and to catch an attitude and get loud over nothing was ridiculous I will never come to this location again!! 10/10 don’t recommend go somewhere else.

I get home and my burger is missing I have like 8 tacos in the bag which are just thrown into the bag with the sauce and lettuce all over the inside of the bag.i go back to ask for a refund and the employee gets an attitude with me insulted and tried to bully me

I went to this location around 230pm on a Saturday. Line was pretty long so I knew there was going to be a wait. Ordered my food, which I order for about 4 people so it was. Pretty large order. When I got to the speaker the person taking my order let me know she was gonna clear some customers up front then take my order.
She came back within 4 minutes and got my food. Jessica was super nice and let me know they were working with alot of big orders. I totally understood, and let her know she was doing amazing for dealing with the rush . Every location is different but this one definitely runs smoothly when jessica is working.
