Too much Teriyaki on my chicken bowl, so I should have asked for "light". It would have been good otherwise. The eggroll wasn't golden brown, but it was not undercooked. The kids meal nuggets were overdone. All the other burgers, tacos and fries were fine. Their coke machine for dine in was broken and they filled our drinks in the kitchen; the coke tasted off.

This jack in the box has really bad services, I understand that they may be short staff but they can at least tell me and say we will be right with you or something instead of just looking at me multiple times and still not say anything. There obviously isn’t a good manager here and by the looks of it there isn’t one on shift.

Went through drive thru around 10:00 pm, there were 2 cars ahead of me when I got there, first car seemed to be waiting before order was taking , truck in front of me waiting on someone to take order, waited until 10:19 still nothing, car pulled up behind me after waiting a few minutes longer, I figured I'd waited enough and truck in front still had not ordered, I got off and ask car behind me if I could please back up because it seems like no one is taking the orders, mind you, I still was waiting close to the first menu board, car behind me moved and I after 25 minutes waiting just left because that is unacceptable when you have two cars that it take that long and nothing is happening. This isn't the first time. I can only imagine what happens when it's really busy. Not happy.

Just stoped buy and one of the workers literally came out to yell that they were closed. Thought this place was open 24/7 either y'all need to update the hours open or stop being lazy and work smh

Stuck in the drive through for 45 minutes, no explanations, finally vehicle in front went forward ,speaker says be right with you, and nothing else after five minutes car before me moved & I drove to the window. No one to be found inside. I drove away. It was 10:30 pm by this time. I had been taking care of funeral arrangements & had neglected to eat.Everytime I went before, the service was excellent & I was bragging to my granddaughter that this was the BEST JIB I had ever been to.I wonder if there was a robbery in progress or someone was hurt badly. I was very disappointed at the time.

Not open 24/7 every time I try to go in the morning they always say "we are barley opening and starting the fryers, it will take a hour before we can take your order." DO NOT PUT 24/7 IF YOU ARE NOT False advertising

The fix was good and hot. I had a big order and I waited at the window when I overheard the I'm assuming the manager or supervisor say, I need to get her off my timer. After she asked me to pull around to the front.

Hadn’t been to Jack in the box for years now but we were desperately hungry at 3 am after driving all night to get back to tx. Bad choice stopping by. Only good thing that came out of here was probably the churros as they were freshly made but my goodness the tacos were horrible, the following day I had a horrible stomach ache!

Just order from grubhub, they gave my husband something completely different from what he ordered and the burger its self wad RAW. And we did not receive either of our $5 dollar shakes. My chicken qand which was also cold. So a over all $55 we barely got yihk((klll)@

I've got a very low bar for fast food, but I gotta say, after having avoided Jack for many years, I gave them another chance. I was happily surprised that my burger looked like the menu pictures and that they didn't do the obligatory smashing of your food like everyone else does. Well packaged, fresh lettuce and tomato and fries to rival the golden arches.

Horrible customer service, the old man at the window was red eyed looked high. I just ordered some tacos and have been waiting for 30 mins and there's 3 cars ahead of me waiting. I've seen 2 groups from the I show line leave with nothing and annoyed faces.I'd get a refund but not worth the hassle might be a longer wait.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Made me wait 45 minutes for my order while 5 people left with their food before me. No fries for either of my combos and only gave me two eggrolls out of the 3 piece I ordered. No apology from the manager when he came out with my food and even took something out of the bag they put in by mistake. You can put someone else's food in my bag but not all of my own? Pathetic.

Girl or guy at the window looks like he/she hates life. Rude from the start. No uniform, no hat or hair net and he/she going to the back to help bag food. Jack in the box has been falling off, but this just put the nail in the coffin for me. I will not be back here again.

The date us February 26, 2022. Time 12:32 am. There was a girl that looked like she didn't care about service I had mixed regular and curly fries just thrown in a bag. And I asked for buttermilk sauce she said sure just park out in front then 1 hour later she brought out my cold food and said whoops we don't have buttermilk if she said that in the first place I would have canceled my order then I asked is my jumbo jack in the bag she said yes went home it wasn't in there I called nobody answers. The tacos were all cold the cheese inside wasn't even melted it was crazy food. You just lost a customer I will never go back to Jack in the box ever again you guys really lost your touch just hiring people that really don't care about service. You guys stole money from me practically I paid for crazy food Andy order wasn't even complete enjoy it cause you ain't getting a dollar out of me ever again.

I wanted a couple orders of tacos after hours but was told that the systems were down and had to wait for about 30 min, which I didn't mind. After around 15 minutes the manager Eric came out and said sorry but he doesn't know how much longer the cpu's were gonna be down for. He had asked what I would like and he was able to get me what I wanted at no charge, for the inconvenience, will be going back, thanks man!
