My son enjoyed his kid smoothie but I was disappointed in how dirty the floor was walking in, puddles of water everywhere and the bathroom was filthy.

didn’t catch her name but the lady with the light brown/almost reddish hair was so so sweet and kind!!! i got there just before close (which ik everyone hates but i just got off of work) and she was still so kind, helpful, and we had a funny convo!! amazing customer service!! acai was yummy of course!

Millie and Jade suggested the protien peanut butter, bananas with strawberries and it good. I didn’t see the offer for the Tumblr in the beginning so I purchased after and because I did I was given a complimentary drink on my next visit. The staff is wonderful thank you Millie and Jade. I went to this Jamba Juice location today and ordered the blue electric berry lemonade I ordered my drink at 12:59 and it said it would be ready at 1:17 we get there and no employees can be found . We said hello took about another 5 minutes for someone to finally come out and their phone was disconnected as well . When we get there they say oh we will start your drink now then they tell us 4 minutes later we don’t have lemonade so then we order another smoothie only for the employee ALEX to say she can’t make it a large even though the price we paid was for more the electric drink which is the same as a regular smoothie for a meats it wasn’t until argued with her about the price difference that she agreed to make it . Absolutely horrible service would not recommend
Service I truly hope a manager sees this . Would not recommend this location .

I’ve ordered from this location three times, hoping they would eventually address my concerns, but I’ve been consistently disappointed. While I love the ability to customize orders on the Jamba Juice app and DoorDash, there’s no way to modify or leave specific notes about allergies. I’m allergic to bananas, and I always call to confirm my order, but no one ever answers the phone. It’s frustrating not to have an option to ensure orders are made correctly. I really hope this location improves its customer service by answering calls or adding a comment section for online orders. It would make a huge difference for those with dietary restrictions.
