We just went in there for drinks we both have the orange dream machine and it was absolutely delicious, the gentleman who took our order was very friendly and very helpful he also made our drinks.

Usually when I come here I get great service and my smoothies are delicious. Today I decided to get an oatmeal bowl and it looks gross. The guy was on his phone and made it seem like he didn’t want to do his job. Here’s a pic of my bowl. You need to fire this guy, Jamba Juice is usually great but with a guy that doesn’t care about his job will make customers not want to go back.
Alycia was very knowledgeable and nice. She was very knowledgeable about the menu helped me pick out a Acai bowl for my son. Best Jamba experience I had ! Thanks Alycia see you next time ! Will be returning

Speak louder so we cam actually hear names called. I accidentally picked up the wrong order and they still made me paid which im okay with but next time let me know at that time before giving me the cup .

We just hopped in a saw Millie. She was so pleasant, helpful, and made my experience SO GREAT. She made honest recommendations and made our smoothies SO WELL. Even put the left overs in small cups for each of to try each others drinks. SO THOUGHFUL!!

Customer service was terrible. The employees attire was inappropriate (tube top crop , no name tag), just stared at me until I finally said I would like to order…no response just started putting in the order as I was talking. didn’t fill up our smoothies so we paid for a large but got mediums (picture attached), threw the straws at me and was annoyed the whole time.

I visited Jamba Juice for the first time with my kids, and Millie made it an experience worth repeating. She was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding us through the menu and helping my kids feel excited and confident about their choices. Her kindness turned what could’ve been a one-time visit into the start of a weekly tradition. Millie didn’t just serve smoothies—she served up hospitality, and that made all the difference. Jamba, you’ve got a gem on your team!

I go to Jamba Juice at least 2-3 times a week. I ordered through their app. (Mind you it charges you an extra fee to use the app) On the app, it said my order was supposed to be ready at 09:36am. I was on my way to work so I was expecting it to be ready at that time. When I got there, it had not even been started. There were several people waiting when I got there. My order wasn't ready until after 10am. I had a busy day ahead and this put me behind in my day to have to sit there and wait. There was only one employee working. This is not the only time there has only been one employee working with a ton of people waiting. It is not fair to the one employee to have to be bombarded with orders. I know it wasn't the employee's fault; she was doing the best that she could by herself. Whoever is managing this location needs to have at least two employees working. It is ridiculous.

This location really needs more help, however Millie was ABSOLUTELY fabulous! She worked the entire juice bar and cash register alone with professionalism, style, and grace. She navigated 8 customers orders, a phone inventory, and food preparation with excellent time management and customer service. Millie remained pleasant and saw to it that each customer was responded to in as timely a fashion as possible. We waited double our normal wait time (20 minutes) for our order and Millie rocked it. I do hope she gets a little assistance in the future though.
