The smoothies are ok but the Belgian waffle parfait with coconut whip is the best thing ever on the menu and I’ve had it at least 15 times. I wish i could have it delivered to me everyday. They don’t have it on uber

I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what but I ordered two items and the first item was made and ready to go before the second item was even started.One employee was on break (I’m assuming) and they were the only one who knew how to make the second item I ordered so instead of telling me it would be over 30 minutes or more (it ended up being around 35) to make that item and giving me the choice to wait or not they just…..let me sit there. Then I got to watch them train on how to make the item in front of me while everyone who ordered after me left.I understand that thesethings happen and I would have been happy to be patient if I had had this explained but it was super frustrating to have my time wasted so thoughtlessly when a little communication would have allowed me to make the best choice for my time, especially a week before Christmas during rush hour.

Great smoothies and juices. Stopped by for a quick snack in between soccer matches, and felt refreshed and ready for the second. This spot is located on a corner lot across from the Quarry Market. It was clean and service was great, but parking can be tight if you're looking for something close. I ordered the Aloha Pineapple with Coconut whip. It was great, but I don't think the whip wasn't worth the add. I also ordered a carrot juice, which was refreshing. Noah enjoyed his strawberry banana smoothie. Met expectations and my kid was happy , so,I was happy.
Took about 10 minutes after ordering and tasted mostly like ice.

Normally a good visit today however not so good older lady with short hair is very rude and today you could tell she didn't wanna be there I placed my smoothie order with the guy at the register good guy no complaints on him as he was making my smoothie he was told in a condescending manner how to make my smoothie. I'm a regular here he knows how I like my smoothie she didn't need to do that

Deviated that they no longer use real fruit in their smoothies and it's all powders and juice concentrate like smoothie king. Will just make my own now with actual fruit.
