They are always out of bowls, always out of fresh fruits like strawberry and Blueberries. Owner need to be more attentive to this location because they are losing out on a lot of buiness

I bought a wild berry smoothie and thought it tasted funny. Looked a bit closer and turns out the strawberries are all brown. Other locations might be better, but I'd avoid this one.

I came to this Jamba Juice to get an açaí bowl, and the staff was very rude and unamused that I was even ordering, considering that they were having a conversation and I was “interrupting” when they made my bowl, I had opened it up and It was literally water. I think this is the worst service that i’ve gotten from any Jamba Juice.

I had a BOGO reward that expires today, Tuesday May 9th, so I drove to the nearest Jamba which is 14 miles away, a 22-minute drive from my house. It was 8pm and Google says they close at 9pm so I had plenty of time. After locating a parking space then walking through the mall to get there, I arrived at 8:27pm and there was a closed sign propped up on the counter. There was a guy leaning against the booth that's next to Jamba scrolling through his phone and staring at me taking pictures. My guess is he "works" for Jamba and shut down early so he could play with his phone until it was time to clock out at 9pm. I notice someone else posted a 1-star Google review that the same thing happened to them. The guy who pretends to work there needs to be fired and replaced with someone who wants to do the job.

Three stars for :Poor management and ownership. Employees body language says it all. If you treat your employees better and more pay, they’ll take care of you. It works every time. I could tell they really didn’t want to be there. Bless their hearts.

I tried it for the first time, and it was really good. The employee there helped me pick out one with soy milk. The waffles they have there are also good.
I absolutely love this crew! I always feel welcomed when stopping by!

Walked up at 8:45 pm on 8/28/2022 and asked to order a drink and was told they were already closed. I said well it isn’t 9pm yet and he said they close at 8:45pm. Google has the hours set till 9pm. He was a young guy working With another young lady and they were both leaned up against the counter on their cell phones. I won’t ever be coming back.

The girl was nice but our smoothies taste like water and not like the Jamba that I’m used to. I used to work here so I know how they should taste. They should probably make sure they are making them correctly because it barely had flavor.
