I walked in and was greeted by the cashier with a smile! I ordered the strawberry surf rider and was pleasantly surprised at how balanced the flavors were! It made my grocery shopping that much better. Will definitely be making it a part of my HEB routine now.

I went and got a matcha here, and it was ok. Very bitter, nothing added to it. I wouldn't recommend it unless you can tollerate it. Aside from that, the service was pretty good.

I had horrible service, my smoothie was gross, and the atmosphere was not good. It took almost 20 mins to get a smoothie. There was only 1 lady before me who had to wait 10 minutes to get strawberries for her smoothie bowl. Her smoothie bowl was watery by the time the strawberries were ready. She asked for a refund but the cashier did not know how to do it and they did not have a manager in the store. The lady had to settle for a gift card. Which she and I were not sure they put the money right in it. Because the cashier did not know what she was doing she had to ask for help from a coworker. They didn’t even give the lady a receipt. I wanted a refund because my wait was so long but saw how they couldn’t figure out the ladies refund so I just had to wait. The guy making the smoothies, I thought was working on my smoothie but he was actually making 2 smoothies for himself. After he was done he left and I had to ask the cashier who was making my smoothie cause that guy just left. The cashier looked bothered and started working on my smoothie. At first it just looked white and I asked her if she had added the blue spirulina and she went back to add it. When I finally got my smoothie it wasn’t even a smoothie it was water! It had no pineapple flavor or banana flavor. It only tasted like coconut milk. I left because I had enough it was a waste of time and money. They really need to retrain the staff or get new employees because with service like that, I can see them going out of business soon.
