The order was impressively wrong, I got two sandwiches. Half the ingredients that should be on one of the sandwiches were on the other and vice versa. When I picked up the order the cashier tore off the receipt and threw it away; If that was foul play I'm not sure.

First time trying out Jason’s Deli. Lady taking my order seemed bothered some I was looking at the menu and didn’t bother to ask if I needed help or what sides were offered. Just overall unhelpful and rude. Next, I place my order. Had to OVERLY specify what I wanted on the side. And ask questions what size I can get, drink or no drink, side or no side comes with. To top it off! They did not pack my second order. I order a sandwich and pasta TOGO. One ticket, one payment. I’m already back at work. And my meal is not in the bag. My time and money wasted. Called the manager and all I could get was a “sorry, they didn’t know you placed 2 orders.” Excuse me? They’re on the same ticket. It’s ONE ticket I placed less than 10 minutes ago. Why was there no double verification before delivering me my order that it was complete? HELLOOO PEOPLE. wake up! I hate to have my time wasted! Let alone money. 0000 stars. To make matters worse, I asked to have only strawberries for my side because I wanted to feed my son some fruit. He’s less than a year old. They mixed the strawberries with grapes. Seriously??? Chocking hazard!! Thanks for nothing Jason’s Deli

So it's saying they are open till 9pm but when I went there just now they were closed and called other locations and nobody answered, if anyone knows why they would close early plz explain.

Ordered chicken Panini and a Turkey Wrap and a Side Salad Bar The cook needs to be trained how to do turkey wraps as it was very poorly made. It was almost Flat I was very disappointed eating it ended up taking it home and gave it to my dog. It was DISGRACEFUL The Panini was fabulous and the salad bar was amazing. Ice cream machine swirl wasn’t working - vanilla only. They ask you to tip them when you order I was tempted to ask for the tip back.

Dined in here for the second time, and had great service both time. Register people had great choices to give, service was very efficient, food was great, a couple of comedians lol, overall great service and staff. Will be coming back to this location of Jason’s Deli branches.

What a super fresh amazing place to eat for around 11 all you can eat fresh salad. Atmosphere is great. Salad bar is best in town and employees word hard. My only complaint was both bathrooms were down for some reason and I don’t think that should ever be optional at a place like that They gave us a military discount and all in, 3 adults stuffed themselves for 30$.
