Sat here waiting for a curbside order for 20 min only to find out their app doesn’t work. Well how am I supposed to know that? I did exactly what the sign said and waited. Maybe you should update your signs??? Or somehow make sure customers are aware there is no “curbside” at this location.

Came in yesterday with my family and had a great experience! Manager saw me holding a baby and immediately brought over a high chair and helped us get situated. Food was delicious and BIG portions!! Tea was fresh and flavorful! We are from out of town so it was great to have a good experience!

We have been loyal for decades, but today's order really was a miss. We ordered two full sized Pollo Mexicanos and we're given small potatoes (not the full sized ones we are used to with Jason's) and we ordered also a Better BLT, but instead of getting the usual sandwich with sliced bacon, the sandwich was just a mound of Bacon Bits. Not sure if this is the new norm for y'all, but we will probably look elsewhere from now on for Sandwiches and Potatoes. I've attached pictures too of our food. Y'all used to be our favorite go to, but for the price the quality hasn't been living up to expectations.

Cory the manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND! My sister dropped me off at the hospital with my son, when I went to eat my salad I realized there was no dressing. He PERSONALLY drove and delivered me the dressing at the hospital!

Been years since I've been to a Jason's Deli.. Was craving a good Reuben sandwich tonight and they were on my way home so stopped in. Really good sandwich (didn't disappoint) and excited to go back for the salad bar. Sucks when we forget a treasure like this place. Lol

Jason's deli is so clutch. One of the few places in SA you can get a fast clean meal. Eat a hundred veggies at the unlimited salad bar. Then enjoy the free ice cream cone guilt free haha

I usually love this place but had a bad experience earlier. I always order online and pick my food up. When i get there no one was working the register on the side where food is picked up. They were only helping dine in customers. Then I am waiting for up to 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff while other walk in customers are helped. When I finally receive help my food had been sitting there in plain sight and was cold by the time I ate it. I even made tipped them when I made my purchase online just to receive poor service. Guess I will need to look elsewhere for lunch options.
$25 for a sandwich, side salad and a medium fountain drink is insane!

My friend was in town visiting. We had visited a Jason's Dell his last trip and he enjoyed it so we returned. This location was not a positive experience. We both got a soup and salad bar. The soups were good but the salad bar had veggies that were a a or past good or they froze in the refrigerator and the lemons were pale and swimming in a liquid that wasn't appetizing. I asked the gentlemen working the salad bar ifb they would change out the lemons and cucumbers (one of the items that looked frozen).He ignored my question and walked away. I saw him again and asked specifically about the lemons (for my tea) and again he ignored me. I was going to say something but an elderly man fell and after the management assisted him we were done. I love Jason's Dell but I'll be going to other locations next time.
