The manager made a guess at what had gluten in it or not. She didn't check anything for clarification on allergens. I had to get onto the company website to find out. The manager was wrong. I'm glad I checked. When I informed her what the truth was, the manager said, "I just go by what other customers tell me." What? That may result in someone seriously having an allergic reaction.

So we had a luncheon today and we got all orders, I had a soup which was delicious, however my salad had a tiny roach in it, i was a few bites in and i saw it crawling out. I've never had any problems with this location, maybe it was from the fruit? i had the nutty mix-up salad BTW. Everything else was good!

Better check your meal before you walk out with it. I specifically told the cashier this afternoon at the to go counter extra butter light cheese and onions. And before I walked out, I asked her again. Did they put the extra butter and she said yes. I get home they put bacon bits on my potato and no butter. Then when I called the store, they said well bacon bits do come on that potato I go that’s not what I was told and I wanted it specifically to what I want it on it. Now they’re going to mail me some kind of card or something. Instead of just replacing it at another time or refund me my money. Unbelievable. Why does this constantly happen when dining out.I guess from now on check your food, no matter what. Unbelievable that we have to do this.

We stopped and placed a to-go order. While waiting we checked out the salad bar. We will definitely be back for that. Once home we found the sandwiches scrumptious and the soups superb. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the dining area was clean and well ran from what we could tell.

As a group we were not put in a quiet spot so was very noisy.
What's the point of wearing gloves if your going to touch everything with the same gloves, from the food, to the money, to the knives, plates, drinks, ovens, countertops, cutting boards. And never wash their hands or change their gloves out. That is gross and I will never return. Nor will my company ever order food from their ever again.

Horrible experience and will never be going back. The food was inedible, everything was pre packaged, the potato soup look green and expired! My bowl of tomato soup came out COLD I walked it back and they literally threw it into the microwave and handed it back to me! The pizza was straight from a plastic package and so are all the Muffuletta sandwiches! Horrible experience don’t waste your money!

I honestly feel like it's hit or miss here. I went the other day and got an Alfredo pasta that was delicious! Today I had gotten the chicken avocado chipotle melt, and I would say my entire meal was ok. There wasn't any chipotle I could taste in my sandwich, the macaroni tasted cafeteria/microwave like and for whatever reason the pasta salad we had gotten was so soggy and juicy I'd say it was almost inedible. I would say Jason's deli is another place where it "depends on what you order," but if I want a good sandwich I'd likely head somewhere else.

Visited on Tuesday, Dec 26 at lunchtime. A wonderful,cheerful cashier helped us unfortunately,I didn't get her name,but she surprised me, yet made us feel more welcome by complimenting me on my glasses. Amazing personality. She helped us with the menu & explained it to us.. delicious BLT with egg, ordered salad bar special,and drinks . Spoke to a mgr so the woman said she was,req a comment card, said none available & that she would give this wonderful employee "something" and tbat was it...will this employee ever be recognized? Who knows... or does Jason's deli recognize their employees at all. Did this mgr actually acknowledge this excellent worker,on the front line at the register, will I ever know?
